The apartment on the top floor (attic) is really nice, with laundry area next door (shared service) and boiler area that allows you to have a laundry ready in one night! Beautiful view, and a very large garden equipped with volleyball nets, flywheels and a pin-pong table to play together. In the village there are convenient shops and services. And if you need it in a few minutes you can reach the town of Cles. The apartment is well served with all the comforts, if something is missing, just ask Mr. Camillo ( I asked for a toaster) and very helpful with what you need. We also had a really good time with the children for whom there were areas equipped for their fun. The apartment reflects the description and Mr. is an exquisite person and attentive to his guests! The apartment is very clean, the linens are fragrant, anything is needed for a stay. The location a ten minute drive from downtown is convenient. Great private parking. We are very satisfied.

We traveled as a little family with our 1 year old son. The place is super modern, everything very new and clean. We had a large balcony overlooking the Merano Valley and the apple orchards. Our son had a lot of fun every day, both in rabbits and guinea pigs feeding, as well as playing (indoors: large games room with various duplexes, play kitchen, cars, dolls, games, books, etc. outside: trampoline, slide, swing, etc.). The owners were super friendly and open-minded. We will definitely be happy to vacation there again! :)

Great host, the time takes for the guests. Great quiet location. The whole place with outdoor area is very tasty and designed. You feel very comfortable. Great atmosphere. Very good location for hiking even with children. We'd love to come back.

Beautiful place, clean and well equipped, highly recommended!

The place was a lot bigger than we thought, based on the photos. Supermarket is within walking distance (200 m). We were also able to charge our electric car directly under the carpool (additional charge). The apartment was sparkling clean upon your arrival. Nice beds for a good night's sleep. The apartment is on a large road, but because they have shutters in front of the windows everywhere, you will not be bothered by that in the nights. Distance to the ski slope was easy to do and the village was cute. Towels etc all provided. I would definitely go back. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay at Mike’s place. You can get the trams right outside into town and the surrounding areas. There is a lovely little pizza place round the corner where you can eat in or takeaway called Pisa with friendly staff too. The place is clean and beautiful we cannot wait to visit again.

After staying with Patrick last year, I was lucky on the way back this year and was able to book with him again for a few days. Everything great, quiet location, clean as always. Thank you

Lovely, beautiful accommodation , clean and cozy. Everything you need and even more 👍 The views from the windows are incredible . Beautiful and tastefully furnished accommodation . The Jacuzzi was a great way to start the day and end it after walking. The hosts responded to messages very quickly , provided a lot of useful information , were responsive and interested in solving problems. Above all praise ❤️ I didn't want to leave) I want to come back when the gardens are in bloom)

Ten of us enjoyed a great week skiing in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Mikail's accommodation was very clean and well equipped with plenty of space. Mikail was a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. We hope to come back.

Spacious cottage and very well equipped. In the cottage there was a lot of information material for the environment. The landlord was easy to reach

Three-night stay of 12 people (8 adults and 4 small children) in families of friends and family. Great layout of the building that has guaranteed all the amenities for adults and children while maintaining the correct privacy. Warm and well-decorated rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need, well-equipped outdoor and indoor children's areas, outdoor barbecue, suitable outdoor parking spaces for at least three family SUVs, well organized outdoor garbage collection area department, beautiful dining room typical of Tyrol covered in wood with stove. Great location for groups of families interested in a stay in a typical building with all services (town center, supermarket, etc.) and tourist attractions (spas, sky area, mountain sports) nearby. Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

Ornella is a wonderful and friendly host who goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. She gives local recommendations. Her place is absolutely spotless and looks just as beautiful as in the pictures—if not even better! The location is perfect, offering easy access to winter sports while also being close to Merona, for example. A fantastic stay overall, highly recommended!

We are so happy to have found this beautiful apartment and that we had the pleasure to meet Francesca and Nico who really tried to make our stay perfect! We went skiing, winterhiking, went to great local restaurants. Our host were so lovely and have such a great way of making everyone feel at home ! Everything is furnished with so much love for detail! Highly recommend!

The location was amazing with mountain view from the balcony. You can easily reach the eibsee lake by bus from this place and its close to the zugspitze bahnhoff as well. Clean house and with all the amenities. Loved our stay here :)

Martina is the best host you can have, she is always willing to help and is a sweetheart. The bus connection to the ski slopes is unbeatable. We felt right at home and coming back next year.
