Three-night stay of 12 people (8 adults and 4 small children) in families of friends and family. Great layout of the building that has guaranteed all the amenities for adults and children while maintaining the correct privacy. Warm and well-decorated rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need, well-equipped outdoor and indoor children's areas, outdoor barbecue, suitable outdoor parking spaces for at least three family SUVs, well organized outdoor garbage collection area department, beautiful dining room typical of Tyrol covered in wood with stove. Great location for groups of families interested in a stay in a typical building with all services (town center, supermarket, etc.) and tourist attractions (spas, sky area, mountain sports) nearby. Loved the location and the outdoors areas! Eliska was very easy to communicate with and flexible for the check out. The rooms are also nice with everything you need, sink in most rooms but keep in mind only 2 toilets and showers.

The apartment was very nice, cozy and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. From the apartment we had a very nice view of Lake Walchen. The surroundings were quiet and invited you to extensive walks and hikes in the mountains. Antje is very friendly, nice and provided us with a lot of important information before the trip. We had a wonderful holiday and would be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.

We had a great stay at Annemarie's. The house was exactly as described and we didn't miss anything. The quiet location of the house, with adjoining cow pasture and great views was just right for us. We can only recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful simple apartment that was ideal for us as a base for our daily motorcycle tours. In the yard there is a long carport where cars and motorcycles can be stored. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna area very much. It should be borne in mind that there is no air conditioning at high temperatures, so it gets very warm in the apartment. We had a very nice week at the place and would come back anytime. Thanks also to the host

Great location with lots of options for hiking. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Great breakfast, incredibly varied. Modern and at the same time cozy. Great view from the balcony. Simple, yet sufficiently furnished. Everything great!!!

The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything you need is there. Great view from the balcony. Parking at the house. Wi-Fi and TV perfect. Cable car and Vinschgau train are 4 minutes away. You don't need the car, except for shopping. Contact with Sonia perfect. Gladly again

Very convenient - bus stop was literally right outside the Airbnb, easy to access Ortisei via public transport Responsive and helpful - Dunja got us cooking oil when we needed to cook Clean and spacious! Really appreciate the big living space and toilet Do ask for the Sueditrol guest pass!

We had a wonderful time in Prissiano! The location is stunning and the chalet’s are beautiful and pristine. They had everything we needed and a full kitchen which was great. The breakfast bread service was perfect to start the day. Lots of restaurant options around which we tried. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at casa Montana which is on the second floor with a large terrace with a magnificent views. We also liked the views from the kitchen table just next to the window. The apartment is modern clean and very well equipped. We especially liked the shower which was big and a good stream of hot water. Very good heating, a lot of storage space a cute living room with chaise-long sofa in front of the TV ideal for evenings at home. In short the apartment looked better than the photos. Above all stood out Katya the host. She was proactive and immediately upon arrival sent suggestions for restaurants, walks, grocery shopping and medical assistance. When we had an issue with the heating she went out of her way to resolve it immediately. 10 out 10.

Thank you for the great accommodation, we (4 people) had a lovely week in Garmisch-Partenkirchen! The accommodation was very clean, equipped as described and had everything you need. In addition, the location is great: many hiking trails and local highlights can be reached on foot or by a short drive.

Great stay, very private - this place was perfect for a stop off for our road trip. Mayrhofen is a lovely place not far away too :) … This place is full of character- a lot different to other places we have stayed, would highly recommend!

Thomas and his wife are great hosts. Very comunitive, the atmosphere of the house is very calm and relaxing.

A very good place, everything is very clean and private. It is pretty the sector, albeit far in Cortina D'ampezzo, about 1 hour and a half by bus. It is recommended to go by car.

It is rarely we are this satisfied. Great place, if you need anything just ask. It was nice and clean inside and great outside with sunbeds, tables, BBQ, a nice playground for kids, great parking, and a very friendly dog.

Robert was a very helpful host, flexible with our arrival & departure times. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, situated in a village maybe 15 mins drive from Bolzano.

Jurgen’s little chalet was wonderful. A very short drive to Neuschwanstein and Fussen. A perfect AirBnB for a small family or couple. Parking was easy and adequate for our small car. Directly across from a large field and lake that was beautifully dressed in snow. We would love to see how beautiful it would be in summer!
