We had a lovely stay, the apartment is in a good location close to the beach on foot. Parking is easy. The apartment is very well arranged and equipped, suitable for families. The beds are comfortable. The big plus is access to the pool, we were able to enjoy it while alone, the water was 30 degrees, it was perfect.

A beautiful and quiet place to unwind. To discover for lovers of nature. You can land away from the crowds in this small village. The pool is perfect in a great environment. The house is beautiful, very spacious. We were three couples and the fact of having two bathrooms was very handy. The beach is a three-minute walk away. The only thing I didn't like was that they pay 100€ more for the sheets and towels when this is always included and in the listing at no time I said it. That is, to the price it puts, you have to add 100€. The hostess is very friendly.

Great stay at Christiane's, the apartment is great for a couple, great location and easy to access. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! The neighborhood is very quiet and very nice. Some Banyuls cellars are within walking distance, so you can enjoy the tastings to the fullest! A hiking trail also starts from the end of the street towards ND de la Salette and the Madeloc tower, which allows you to discover the vineyards and landscapes on foot

New and clean accommodation, in a peaceful area 2 steps from the beach and small shops. Bikes and various beach gear available (paddleboarding, canoeing, boards, etc.) is a real plus. the host is very nice, welcoming, available and friendly.

We would have stayed longer in this home facing the sea. This is the first time we have been on the front lines and it changes everything from being able to see and be so close to the sea. The terrace is huge and you can both eat and relax on the sun loungers. It's in front of the parking lot but there weren't many people when we were there so we didn't mind it. We'll be back!

An exceptional location, with views of the mountains, 5 minutes walk from the beach of Ouille and the coastal trails, a private and well secured park, a tastefully thought out decor, a responsive and very kind concierge (thank you Maurine!)... All this explains a price that may seem a bit high, at first glance. Small downsides: the immediate proximity to the campsite can sometimes disturb the tranquility of the place + a small map, in the welcome booklet, indicating the places of disposal of waste (instead of a QRcode referring to a site that is not very informative and source of spam in a mess).

Perfect welcome, very pleasant. Private and secure residence, with private parking space. Perfect location, very nice view of the beach and the Christmas village, which are close by and within walking distance. Very functional and clean apartment.

What a great stay! Ideal for us with 2 small children. The house is well equipped. Our terrace opened directly onto the lawn, and the pool area is lovely and it is gated for peace of mind. The children's play area was an unexpected bonus and a big hit. It's worth hiring a car, but driving and parking around the area is easy, and the property is only minutes from Perpignan and beautiful beaches. James was a font of local information and so friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to return, or to recommend Mas des Fleurs, we loved it.

Second stay at Pauline's, we particularly appreciate the terrace and the outdoor kitchen, not overlooked, we enjoy each meal from cooking to the plancha. The air conditioning in the house is efficient, the rooms spacious. In short, we are well!

We had a great time at Pierre and his family's home. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and perfectly located close to shops but also monuments and places to visit in the area. Pierre gave us valuable tips to take full advantage of this beautiful corner of France. Special mention for the estate in which it is very pleasant to walk and the two family dogs who are adorable (and we miss you!!)

We had wonderful days on the beautiful old stone house terrace overlooking the nice, private pool belonging to the house. Nice walks with the dog near the house up the hills and plenty of well marked longer and shorter hiking trails around Cerét. Cerét is a nice and quiet little town and is located in a great area for excursions both inland along the river towards the mountains and down to the Mediterranean Sea. Our family had 11 amazing days at Bernadette's place and as an extra plus, there were flocks of bee eaters and a snake over the pool when we were sunbathing!

We had a great stay. Special mention for the very pleasant and quiet terrace. Parking is not a problem because cars are just parked there but there is no passage, since once there you can do anything on foot. Location close to the beach and hiking trails, ideal!!
