A beautiful place, full of charm and very cozy. Very appreciated upon arrival. The accommodation is perfectly as described, functional and very clean. Nathalie was available, very pleasant and caring... An address to keep for a future stay. We would definitely recommend this cozy,cozy place....☺️

The villa is on the edge of Somail, very very quiet place 3min from the Canal du Midi. The villa is amazing! It looked even smaller in the photos while there is a very large volume. Well arranged with a separation between the sleeping area of the 4 bedrooms (which each have their own bathroom/wc) and the living room. All rooms have AC. The outdoor area with a pool is great. No opposite and the pool is sunny almost all day! (That's cleaned 2 times a week) We were lucky to have had no mosquitoes too while a little further, there were a lot closer to the Canal du Midi. Lily and her mother who hosted us were nice, helpful and very responsive. If we really had to make a complaint, but it's the only one. The BBQ grills were dirty when we arrived and we were unable to remove all the dirt. I recommend 100%!! It was a great time with the family!

We were hosted very well by Chantal and Marijn. The accommodation is spacious and clean. It has everything you need. The communication was easy and Chantal and Marijn are very responsive. We appreciated the size of the garden and the pool where we extended the evening. There is proximity to other accommodations that is to be taken into account for outdoor common parties (barbecue, covered terrace, games, pool, etc.). Have a great weekend!

The house is connected, complete for amenities and comfortable, especially if you are fans of sound and image. We stick to it in the long run. Super quiet and not overlooked, it is close to major roads. The hot tub is a ++, and the pool ( plus a small bath, not in service during our stay ), can allow you to cool off. Clothing storage is missing in the bedroom where we were… Mathias is adorable.

Home in the heart of the village of Gruissan. Simple and spacious, quiet while being close to shops and the Saturday morning market. On the 1st floor with elevator access. Responsive, welcoming and accommodating host for check out time (we wanted to enjoy the market). Perfect place for our short stay with friends. We'll be back in a heartbeat. Thanks Sabine.

It is immediately obvious that Barbara has a special and positive attitude towards this place and, accordingly, towards her guests. This is very noticeable in the small details that are rarely found in other places. From the garden with flowers, the filling of the kitchen to the description of the place, entertainment and recommendations. There is nothing better than being a guest of a person who loves his home and the place where it is located.

Jérôme was a phenomenal host who went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We had a very minor problem late at night and he was responsive and helpful in getting it fixed. I cannot say enough good things about the experience and would absolutely stay here again! It was also fun to discuss the area with him in the morning and he spoke English very well also which made some of our group feel very welcome.

We had a pleasant stay at Pauline's place. It's very clean and quiet . There is very good bedding and a great terrace, everything is as described.

Very well placed accommodation when looking for proximity to the beach: it is actually beyond the gate, facing one of the bedrooms and the main room of the accommodation. A real luxury, especially off-season, as we did. Our young children enjoyed making sand castles and strolling by the water a stone's throw away. For 5, we found the place to be very well suited. We will come back to test the hot tub next time (it is extra and we did not offer it this time)!

The location right by the harbor is great and everything looks as described. You just have enough space for two people - we used the additional 2 beds as a shelf. Really cleverly furnished and cozy for the size - it has it all. We were able to have Christmas in the garden in the sun and we also liked the sitting area on the mini terrace.

The place is small but well equipped and very quiet.

The space was spotless and the answers to any questions were always immediate. The terrace overlooking the marina and the exposure of the apartment offers a magnificent view to watch the sunrise. It was a very pleasant weekend that really makes you want to come back to Gruissan to discover more!
