Vacation rentals with beach access in Petone

A very warm and cosy little place. With original kitchen and bathroom, it was really quaint. But absoloutely spotless and clean.

Had a great stay in Wellington. We didn't arrive until the night, but the flexible check-in didn't make it a problem. Jen was always easily accessible and their place really nicely decorated. And the view: OMG! We highly recommend the stay 🍀

Absolutely beautiful place: well designed, spotless, and comfortable, with a stunning view over Wellington harbor. The funicular access adds a bit of magic to the experience. Lovely, simple breakfast left for us. The location is perfect—a short walk from Wellington’s central business district. Loved our stay here.

Julie's place was a perfect spot for us for nice, relaxing evening. it was a nice walk to beach and town for dinner. delightfully furnished eith everything we needed. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Great views!

Really nice place just a stroll away from the beach. Well equipped kitchen and nice and spacious rooms. Perfect for seeing Wellington and it's beautiful coastline.

I had a wonderful stay, it was magical sitting on the front porch watching the sun set over Wellington and equally magical having a cup of tea in the sunny garden in the morning. Kate was a great host, the cottage felt very welcoming. This a beautiful location and the cottage is charming. It is very comfortable and has everything you need but the shower is quite small, if you’re a large person it would be a tight fit.

It has been a really a wonderful stay at Lia’s place. What we transpired almost all the facilities have been provided thereat including for kids too. We enjoyed every moment of our one week stay was a threat.

My children and I have been to stay here a few times now, and it's always a great experience. Cathy is very welcoming, and a great communicator. Plus, there is plenty of space, a well provisioned kitchen, comfortable beds, and we love that Mana Beach and the Camborne Walkway are right on the doorstep. Highly recommended.

Our stay was wonderful - comfy beds, lovely bathroom / shower + clean, tidy cottage with a wonderfully archetypal kiwi water front summer feel. Anna has been very gracious and extremely helpful. We would love to stay again at her cottage, under the pōhutukawas by the bay. Thanks Anna 🦋

Sam is a nice host. He gave me proper instructions. His response was quick and helpful. His room was clean, well located and reasonably priced.

Very clean and easy one night stop. Alvero was clear in the check in instructions. Room was well presented, lots of light. Bed was quite firm but I slept well despite Wellington gale winds, the double glazing kept it cozy! Clean bathroom. Quick chat with Alvero who was very nice. 30 min walk from CBD or 10 mins on frequent bus route, stop right outside. Felt safe for solo female traveller.

This is the type of AirBnb that you hesitate to provide the glowing recommendation it desires as you want it to be available next time you would like to book it. Dont hesitate if your budget extends for this top range option - you will have no regrets. Only negative is the parking is not included but plenty of public parking nearby that you can utilize. We will be back, which is the best recommendation I can give and if this was available would book it immediately.

My husband and I stayed at Craig’s place 4 nights in February. We absolutely loved it!! The view was so great and we loved sitting on the balcony in the early evening. The entire place was immaculate and super comfortable. Craig was a fantastic host, super helpful, responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying at Craig’s place!

Perfect home away from home. Views, location, secure building, parking at hand... can't beat that in the inner city.

Donna was so welcoming from the start. Though our reservations were very last min, Donna was accommodating right off. She helped me get things set and on arrival greeted us and made us feel right at home. The room was nicely decorated and bedding very comfortable. Private bathroom was just down a hall. We had just what we needed for our short stay. The location was super convenient! Walked to great little coffee shops & restaurants. We took the train out of the city one day and on return walked via the harbor back to Donna’s home and a cozy night’s sleep. We’d happily stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Evan’s Bay, we felt so at home and the bay view is incredible. The beds were really comfortable, the lounge was great, as were the bathroom facilities. Easy access to buses and local shops and the best equipped Air BnB kitchen I’ve ever stayed at!
