Great location and views. Able to swim off the dock and had access to kayaks and paddle boards. Very dog friendly. All pictures and descriptions were as described. We had a great time!

I've been to quite a few Airbnb's/cabins and this was a lovely experience. The cabin is quaint, private and a cozy space. perfect for a couple, small family or a handful of friends. There's several great hikes near by and everything about the place made it easy to live in. I would definitely recommend. It's beautiful surrounded by snow and Jeffrey Lake looks gorgeous. Looking forward to coming someday in the summer months. I would say I enjoyed the place so much my wife and I would buy it as a family cottage for ourselves, so I think that speaks volumes! No this isn't the fanciest place, far from, but it's got character, the location is great and everything about it is cozy.

Our stay at Michal place was excellent. Great place, very comfortable, jacuzzi and sauna were just what we needed. Water was great for kayaking and fishing , not the best for swimming. but in September swimming is not the best anyways. It would have been great is kids had balls or board games to play with. So next time we will make sure to bring some along. Other than that it was wonderful.

Beautiful cabin nestled away in nature. Perfect for a weekend to disconnect and relax. The hot tub was great despite the frigid temperatures outside. Plenty of board games, very well stocked kitchen. Stephanie was very responsive as well with our questions. Great host and great little getaway!

A great place to stay for a comfortable nature-adjacent retreat. Very close to Mont Morrissette (it's worth going up the observation tower), great outdoor space, the sauna-hot tub combination is lovely in the winter. Easy check-in and great communication. Highly recommended.

Great stay for my girls hot tub weekend! Lori and Dean were amazing hosts. The cottage is beautiful and just as described. The hot tub is fantastic. They have thought of little things like a rope to help close the lid easily when your cold getting out! We were caught in the snowstorm and it took a bit of extra time to get us plowed out but Lori was extremely responsive and had no issues with us having to stay past our checkout time to ensure we could get out. Highly recommend…5 stars!

great place to spend a few days in the winter with friends and family

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Weronika’s cottage! The moment we arrived the property took my breath away, it was so beautifully maintained with lots of trees and flowers, large fire pit, just gorgeous! The cottage felt very cozy and was so clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. We also arrived to freshly cut flowers from the garden on the table. I really liked that little touch. The beds were comfortable. Weronika was easy to communicate with and informed us of a meteor shower that was taking place to watch for. We also got to see the northern lights! The beach was awesome and walking distance from cottage. We also ate at Wilno Tavern restaurant and had an amazing Polish dinner! There are other shops and restaurants near by as well. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this cottage you should just go and experience it yourself! Five stars for sure and we would definitely go back again! Thank you!

Davids place was beautiful and made for an enjoyable stay for our group visit. He was responsive and provided all additional details both in our chats as well as leaving a small booklet in the cottage itself highlighting places of interest nearby. The firepit and the gazebo are the most impressive parts of the property. Wifi coverage inside the cottage was fantastic and was very useful for any further research since the cellular network coverage is spotty at best. Bon Echo is just about a 20 minute drive away and there are more places within a 1 hour radius though we chose to mostly have a leisurely time on the property itself. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, private fun time in the middle of nature.

Had a great time at this property. Even though we stayed at home due to snow we had great view. So many indoor games and fun things to do at the property. A perfect budget friendly weekend getaway. Would love to visit in the summers soon

Amazing stay! We had a group of 10 people and the cottage had more than enough room for everyone to comfortably sleep and hang out. The cottage doesn’t have wifi, but abundance games and activities make up for it. We had everything we needed and more. The lake was so wonderful, it has some shallow spots and isn’t rocky, so it’s great for everyone. Edgar and Anita were great hosts, super helpful and responded quickly. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wants a peaceful getaway!

My husband and I and our 2 kids stayed at Amanda's for a week stay. It was a lovely cottage, very comfortable and cozy on a beautiful lake. Having access to kayaks canoe, paddle boat made the stay great, along with the hot tub was a great bonus. The cottage instructions were helpful to better plan the trip, and Amanda and Cindy were very responsive. A lovely stay for some rest and relaxation with family.

We stayed here for the weekend, attending the Bonnechere Cup Snowmobile races in Eganville. Only 13 minutes from the track! Comfortable, cozy private accommodations- definitely recommend this AirBNB!

This cottage was the absolute perfect place to enjoy some down time as a family! The cottage was clean, well equipped and located on a beautiful, quiet beach. Everything we needed was provided and more! We enjoyed playing soccer on the large sandy beach, swimming, fishing, board games, campfires and watching movies in the evening. The kids and parents loved it!

Brianna and Devin's cottage is truly a hidden gem. We stayed here with our 2 kids (5 and 9) in Feb 2025 for 2 nights. Right away it was evident that the hosts care deeply about your experience and the communication is fantastic. It was a cold weekend but we were cozy and warm in the cottage and there was so much to do, from the skating rink, toboggan hill, outdoor fire pit and marshmallow roasting supplies, to the hot tub! Honestly we could have stayed here longer. We didn't even have time to appreciate everything this place offers! We appreciated the cleanliness, kind welcome gift, and the ample coffee station. Inside is beautifully decorated and there are lots of games, books, and 2 tvs. The only downside (although by no means a deal breaker) is the tap water quality in the bathroom, which smells sulphuric and is yellowish (common in rural areas). There is a filtered water tap in the kitchen and a cold water dispenser in the fridge, which largely makes up for it. We'll be back!

The host went above and beyond by providing excellent local recommendations, which made exploring the area a breeze. Their attention to detail and care made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I can't wait to return soon! If you're looking for a serene, comfortable escape with the bonus of a fantastic sauna, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

We had the best weekend! The house is perfect. Fully equipped with everything you could need and decorated so lovely- I can’t think of anything I’d want different. The location is idyllic- peaceful, beautiful, yet very convenient to get to lovely local trails. Peter was incredibly friendly and quick to respond. I hope we get an opportunity to return as we would 100% recommend it!

My family of 11 (parents, grandparents, siblings, kids) had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving weekend. The cabins were so well stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking etc, and Janet was quick to respond to any concerns and questions we had during our stay. The weather was lovely, the cabins were so charming and comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for better weather. We would absolutely consider coming back again.
