Great location, very easy check-in, and very responsive host. We stayed during Lunar New Year and the host was still very responsive on messages, which we really appreciate. House was very nice and clean, and had everything we need. There's an ensuite bathroom in every room and a few of the rooms upstairs have bunkbeds, so it's perfect for large families with kids (we had 9 adults and 4 kids). The house was also very cooling - great ventilation (we stayed in Jan and didn't need A/C). The only comment from my dad was that the chairs/surfaces are very hard (the design is very concrete/industrial), so some cushions to sit on for older people would be nice. There's a male caretaker who stays on the 2nd floor and he's very helpful with what you need for the stay. He tries his best to keep out of guests' way - but if you need anything you can just WA him/the host and he'll promptly help. Location was also great - very close to the malls/eateries in Bangsar. Would recommend!

We feel at home! Kids love it. Everything we need is available. Plastics for dustbins, kitchen utensils, tissues, towels, hangers & clippers, towels, mirror, balcony to hang cloths, iron and board, shampoo and shower gel, lots of pillows! and even washing machine (during our stay it was out of service though). TV got Netflix, air-con is functioning, got ceiling fan too. It was superb. Getting to and out of the unit is also easy as well. Elevators in the apartment are quick we didn’t have to wait, less than 5mins. Getting grab taxi also is very fast! And we already considering to come back again to try other units from this host! Definitely will consider rebooking this place for any future need, clean and well maintained unit with self check in instructions given. My family had a great time at this place with spacious living room and kitchen, well equipped amenities, and kitchen also has all the things we needed with water dispenser. Provided 2 carparks but only 1 access card available, the guard didn't make a big fuss on letting us in so was still acceptable and can register for visitor carpark without much issues so its alright.

All of the teams were very honest. I left my tab then they highlighted to me to get confirmation whether im the owner of the tab. All went smooth and manage to get back the tab with some log in tester to ensure the tab really is belongs to me. Slightly room for improvement on the bathroom odor. *Not that unpleasant* Just can add some improvement to it. Overall very great and easy process experience. Will come again

This unit is very spacious. On the first we had water supply issue then they fix for us immediately. Overall, good stay. Highly recommended.

Good place to stay if you are looking for a place nearby Setapak. Near to city

Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

This is an excellent place for families There are shops, restaurant, hospital and public transport all walking distance Quiet safe neighbourhood Nice host Enjoyed the stay

We had our reunion dinner and cny gathering at Nana's place this year instead of going back to hometown. The homestay is exactly as advertised. The kitchen equipment are very complete for the preparation of dinner, and Nana also provided lots of games for the kids as well as the adult to enjoy! The beds are comfortable and everyone had a very pleasant time at the homestay. Our host, Nana is very friendly and responsive to any enquiries we had. Overall, we recommend this homestay!

A great place for staycation. Comfortable and clean.

Eunice and Jeremy are gracious hosts.... friendly and helpful to their guests. The place is great for visitors on a budget, students, or if you simply don't feel like paying KL accommodation prices... it's probably the best value in KL. It's in a quiet and safe area, and has a steel door that could stop terminators (killer cyber organisms from the future, sent back in time). the hosts are just next door if you need them.

The place was exactly as described and very near to the train station and local restaurants. The pool table, karaoke set and jacuzzi were a pleasant addition to me and my friends’ short gathering. Colin and Run Yee were very helpful and provided detailed instructions for check in. Would definitely recommend this place for large groups who want to chill and have a good time.

PERFECT! MY RAYA OPENHOUSE WAS A PERFECT NIGHT AND COULD NOT BE BETTER! A VERY NICE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND EASY ACCESS TO LRT TAIPAN, ROSYAM ETC, ROOMS HAVE MANY BEDS CAN ACTUALLY FIT MORE THAN 18PEOPLE! NICE FOR GATHERING, MASSIVE KITCHEN AND NICE MASTER ROOM DESIGN! FELT VERY EXCLUSIVE! WILL DEFINATELY REPEAT AND THANK YOU ADRIAN FOR LETTING US DO AN EVENT HERE AT YOUR BEAUTIFUL PLACE! IT WAS A SUCCESS! ANYONE WHO LIKE TO CREATE ANY EVENT WITH CLOSED ONE CAN DEFINATELY DO IT HERE! SMALL POOL AVAILABLE FOR CHILLING, FRIDGE ETC IN KITCHEN ARE COMPLETE! EVERYONE IS HAPPY! Would give 10 stars if I could. Perfect location- quiet neighborhood close to everything. Host is communicative and checks in regularly. Everything is provided and the home is spotless Will definitely stay again!
