Apartment vacation rentals in Petaling District

It’s clean and strategic location. But the seems like the sofa is not in very good shape. We worried the sofa might collapse anytime soon.

It was an amazing stay. Not just the best in KL, but probably the best throughout my entire experience with Airbnb (and I’ve had a lot). The apartment looks just as pictured. It’s new and I was happy to know that it’s only available for longer stays. It has everything you need and even more. Karkheng was an amazing host from all sorts of help, communication to helping me with my luggage when i was leaving. The facilities of the building are great as well. I wish i could stay there longer but it was already booked. I’ll definitely try to come back next time I am in KL! Thank you!!

I have stayed in many Airbnb places but this one stands out. My mother had an accident. We decided not to send her back to the nursing home when she was discharged. We decided to get a place near to my office but the place was only semi-finished and I need time. So, I got this Airbnb. Knowing my situation, CK was very caring and thoughtful. He came personally to ensure that my mother moved in smoothly and without any hitches. CK even brought fruits for my mother. CK came to register my fingerprint for ease of entry. As I was not sure how long I needed to renovate and furnish the new unit, CK let me extend my stay just through texting. When there is another guest moving in, CK let me move to another unit. That makes it very convenient for my mother and me. Throughout our stay, CK kept in touch with me and advised me on nearby shops and facilities. I am very grateful to CK for what he has done. I definitely recommend this place and the services of this host.

the host was so friendly , the place we stayed was so nice , clean and easy access to nearby subang parade , restaurants and highway . we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again for our next visit

Nice apartment, very spacious, and it looks exactly like the photos. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The host’s team gave clear instructions, and check-in was easy. It’s not our first time staying at Arcoris, as the location is great, with several shopping malls just 3-4 minutes away by foot and multiple cafes nearby. Overall, this apartment offers great value for the price!

Francis his apartment is exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable for a family of 4 for 4 nights. Very clean, nice swimming pool, comfortable beds, walking distance to great restaurants. Francis gave clear check in instructions, amazing detailed list of local recommendations, responded to my question about on site laundry in minutes. Thank you for hosting Francis. My family and I recently stayed at the St. Mary Residence in Kuala Lumpur and had a fantastic experience! The location was absolutely perfect, within easy walking distance to so many key attractions. We were able to stroll to Pavillion Mall, KLCC, the Petronas Towers, and Bukit Bintang without any hassle. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of time and money on transportation. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised. It was clean, tidy, and came with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer, as it helped us to manage our laundry during our stay. Our stay at St. Mary Residence truly exceeded our expectations. It provided the perfect base for our family holiday in KL. We were all happy and satisfied with our choice. Visit Petaling street after so many years. This is a good place to roam around KL, very lively place and plenty of old signature food. The place is good for short stay, location is super for coming to this area.

Host accommodated request for flexible check-in, rooms were clean. Responded actively to our texts. The project is located conveniently next to major highway, and you can make a short drive to nearby malls. Only a few shops within the project itself, not sure if anything was within walking distance. Overall, a good stay for my family.

It was a great place to have a short vacation to release your stressed from all kinds of crowded places as it is quite hidden and far from any traffic noises

Rooms: 4 bedrooms, 3 with a/c, 1 without a/c and comfortably sleeps our family of 7 adults. Unfortunately the small bedroom with no a/c has no blanket, and my bro had to use a towel as a blanket. Check in: It was a bit confusing because the glass door heading towards the mailbox to get the keys was closed and required access card so you have to wait for the resident to open it. Kitchen: love the free coffee, sugar, and complete utensils, but there were some leftover food in the freezer which might be the owner's. Parking: if you have extra car, the security is very helpful. All in all, the home is spacious, complete, comfy, and clean. We will definitely be back here again!

The place was bigger than the pictures, so it was nice. If you take more detailed photos of the interior of the room, it will be easy when making a reservation. It was nice that there weren't many people in the pool. The location was good because it was right near Klcc Station. The host Hasil was also very responsive, so it was a satisfying experience. However, there were a lot of existing user's items in the refrigerator, so I think it would be perfect if only this part was cleaned up.

The place was comfortable, neat, clean, and spacious. For all the good qualities it provided, the price was definitely worth it (very cheap actually!). The location itself is not very near from the city center, but I don’t think that is a problem for everyone.

The host was quick to respond to an inquiry and arranged for us to respond in a timely manner.For a longer stay, they cleaned and changed the linens about once a week. As soon as you leave the hotel, there are many convenience stores, so you can go to Hartamas Shopping Mall in person without getting wet from the rain. There you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and everything. I had no trouble living, and the location was perfect. The rooftop pool was also spacious, had a great view, and it was great. We had a wonderful stay.
