Great house, all impeccable and clean!! Very well located and had everything we needed in equipment and utensils!! The very polite and communicative host, always clarified us and answered our questions!!! We love it!!!

Host Rodney was very polite, kind , received us well advancing the check-in for my parents who arrived earlier. Always respond quickly to questions, the house is very good, well maintained , the gourmet area is excellent with a beautiful swimming pool to refresh on hot days. Everything was great, Just a few observations : the room door underneath does not close , so to change it was a little complicated....the bathroom floor is very smooth ( in the bath at risk of falling ). Like old people we had a little bit of fear. The house has no glass cups, I believe for breakage , only cups. Thank you Mr. Rodney for your hospitality!

Pedro's place is simply wonderful!! Exactly as in pictures! From the balcony to see the sea and right in front has a very good kiosk. Pedro responded and helped us with what we need very quickly and attentively!! Over the house, speechless.. very large, spacious, organized and clean! It has everything you need in the kitchen and the bed linen was impeccable! All rooms have private bathroom and air conditioning. The TV of the room is great for watching movies. In the house there are also umbrellas and chairs that we could use. Cabe several cars!! I definitely recommend it, and we'll be back more often!!

This place is unreal! The house is massive and beautifull, not to mention the views, they were incredible! Jania met us at the house and showed us everyroom and told us the best spots to eat and shop as well. We will be coming back every year!

It was great days! Luiz is an excellent host, helpful, kind and proactive, at all times he was ready to answer me, in all my doubts. Village told us about some items from the house that were not working as soon as we arrived and committed to solving everything. The house took good care of what we were looking for. The swimming pool is excellent, very well taken care of, is serviced twice a week. It is the strength of the house for sure. The neighborhood is wonderful. Quiet place, safe and welcoming. The house has wi-fi and wonderful streams, we enjoy TV at night with very cool channels. It is important not to forget the repellent, not at all. It's all very close. Mercado Extra can go on foot and has literally everything there, from bread, meat for the barbecue, drinks to beach items. I believe that due to the location and the pool, the cost benefit was excellent. We'll be back for sure!

Casa top, clean and organized, excellent lodging, so close to the beach that we could use the bathroom of the house even while on the beach, with all the utensils needed to prepare meals and barbecue, airfry, electric coffee maker, microwave. Always attentive and helpful host Charles to serve and assist us, with a flexible checkin that made a huge difference for us, certainly my best hosting in Peruíbe. Super silent neighborhood, me and my family liked it a lot. The whole house neatly clean with all the kitchen utensils at your disposal. The Swimming Pool was not my 6 year old daughter played a lot with all her arm buoys. We look good. I just missed a washer or a six-pack machine I spent 1 week I took a lot of clothes but whoever and carrying some pieces will need to wash in the tank . And it's a bit far from the center and the beach if it's without a car with a child it's a little more tiring to go if you have the mood. A Bruna is a love of a super attentive person and has given us the perfect house in the style of the photos. The young man who cleans the pool is well educated and did not take long to do his job. That is total freedom, to enjoy a lot.

We received it very well , the super fast Paloma showed us the super attentive and gentle atmosphere, clean rooms and comfortable impeccable speech clothes!(they left a basket of cute welcome sweets) we were going to stay more days than we rented at first kkkkkkkkk only we didn't stay anymore because it was already on site for the next few days 🥹 we spent a lot of worthwhile we'll be sure ❤️ to go back . Carlos is a great host. Replies quick, clears all questions is polite and flexible. We arrived at the accommodation and found a clean and pleasant environment. We really enjoyed our hosting and we will definitely be back again. The house needs some repairs but nothing that gets in the way of guests, they are maintenance that every home needs. What we love is that all the indoor rooms have air conditioning or fan, in the heat that was saved our lives. The house is in a good location and close to shops.

The accommodation delivers what it promises, the host Eunice always very polite and helpful when we need it. All very clean, organized, great location, super market, pharmacy and restaurants very close by, besides being able to go to the beach on foot. We will definitely be back.

The house is very comfortable! It has air conditioning in the living room and the three bedrooms,but we don't even have to use it, the house is very airy and spacious! The kitchen is super equipped, very complete. Only the oven does not have,but Felipe had already warned us and is to provide... Bons mattresses, great TVs,by the way, there are two, in the living room and dining room. Huge yard, hammock, hot pool (6,000 l). The house does not smell of mold, it is very close to the beach and has all accessories to enjoy a family holiday! It has beach chairs (many) and sunsets available for use,including cart to take to the beach. Our stay was great and Felipe responds quickly! More than approved!!! Rent without fear!

Ana's house met the group's expectations. The location of the house was the main point. The quiet, clean beach and very close to the house. Airy house, organized and practical. Served well for those with a pet. The space of the large barbecue and with the privacy. It really gets comfortable for a group of 6. We will definitely return.
