excellent property, especially for those with family!!! whenever I go to Itanhaém and I hardly find a house with a huge backyard like this one. I only have compliments to do: house is huge, clean, no noise, excellent showers ( hard to find by Itanhaém). I highly recommend it! The best home I've ever stayed... easy to access location. Very polite and helpful Ari... always willing to guide! Ditinha, amazing human being, humorous and friendly, the most fun person I met cute rsrs! Thank you very much! I recommend this house with my eyes closed!!! I am already looking to return

The house is organized, clean, airy and cozy, being faithful to the ad. The pool is clean and has a good temperature. Rosalina is an amazing, attentive and pleasant person to talk to, responding promptly. In addition, the house is close to markets and has a great bakery nearby. We had a great time and we will definitely come back more often!

The house is excellent, very well planned and equipped. The kitchen has a wide variety of utensils and an industrial stove with plate, which makes it easy for those who like to cook. The barbecue area and the swimming pool are a great differential, we almost did not go to the beach since the house gave us a lot of comfort. In addition, the large TV and the internet available ensures comfort for those who needed to work or watch any content. The rooms were very good, ceiling fan at all, with fresh and smelling bedding and towels, something we highly value. The location is also excellent, very close to the beach and the commercial center, has little shops of varieties for the purchase of coal, ice, etc. less than 3 minutes ago. We went with family, with children and a pet, and the place perfectly met all our needs. We were amazing family days and, without a doubt, we will return whenever possible. I recommend 100%!

We love it!!! I love Itanhaém, I've even lived in the city. But the experience that the apartment provided was wonderful. Being able to wake up with ocean views, sleep with the sound of waves...
