Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Perth

we stayed here on the last night of my moms visit from America. it was important to us to have somewhere stress free with parking and easy access to the airport for her flight out. the place is very cosy, clean, pet and child friendly with a lovely play area in the garden. would stay again.

We stayed at Sandra’s place for a get together with family, along with our dogs. It was very homely and suited our needs without worrying too much about our dogs or grandson causing too much mess. The place was tidy, yes there were a few areas that were a bit dusty or rickety but it’s a big old house and we as a family were very happy with our stay, enjoying our cosy evenings around the big open fire. We would definitely stay again.

Great to hole up in cosy house in the rain and the snow . When we did get out walking from the house was beautiful. Aaron’s place is perfect for large group that wants to spread out and get together for meals

Generally, it was a great stay the cottage is very homely, as a golfing party of 3, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect. Facilities were excellent, kitchen is a good size, well equipped and has a good size table. Anstruther is a great destination. The Dreel Inn about 30 metres away is great, but its opening hours are very annoying, not open at all Sunday, Monday or Tuesday nights. Not the owners fault, but perhaps a listing of where to eat and drink locally and opening times and days would be a nice touch, as some of the local pubs are not really the best, and I have plenty of experience of all levels of Scottish pubs since I was young and living in Scotland. The only thing that could be improved is the cleaning. It is not that it is really dirty, as generally the cottage is very clean and has good quality towels and bed linen. Just the vacuuming on the lower ground/ entrance stairs could have been better and the downstairs toilet was not clean. 1 flush and sorted though.

Would get six stars if they could control the weather. Great place, bus stop across the road for access to Edinburgh city. Great for family, thanks for the coffee.

It was clean and convenient

My group and I had a wonderful stay at Gillian and Joseph's accommodation. The house is beautiful and perfect for a stay with friends or family. There were a couple of things we had to contact Gillian regarding and we were very happy with how responsive and proactive her and Joseph were. The location is very handy for picking up any necessities you might need in town, with areas around about (or a short drive away) where you can enjoy some scenic walks. The hot tub and games room/summer house were enjoyed by everyone in our group, and there is plenty of space in and around the house to relax. We are keen to return in the summer as the gardens and BBQ area are so secluded and look perfect to enjoy on a warm evening. We would all recommend this accommodation to anyone thinking about booking.

My friends and I had an amazing stay over the weekend. All the rooms were spacious and each one came with its own bathroom. The kitchen was well kitted out and had everything we needed to cook meals. There were too many social spaces to choose from around the property! The outdoor area was great, even in the winter, with the hot tub and firepit, there was also multiple in door spaces which were perfect for our needs. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely consider visiting again in the summer.

We so enjoyed our stay! The apartment is extremely private, comfortable, well equipped and warm. Jon had thought of everything. On street parking was easy and free over the weekend. It is set in a delightful, quiet neighbourhood, bordering the canal, within a short walking distance of some lovely restaurants and shops in Morningside and easy reach of central Edinburgh and nearby parks and open spaces. Many thanks again Jon. We hope to return.

Sam’s place and support were perfect. Each of the rooms were inviting and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and showers very good. The whole setting was charming and the location central to the town.

The flat was absolutely pristine inside and the breakfast pack that was left was a lovely touch and very much enjoyed. All of the facilities in the property were spotless and it was clearly very well maintained. Location was perfect for us who were looking to explore Edinburgh. We had an issue checking in where we were given the wrong passcode however Ruth had responded within the hour.

In a good location for getting about the city. The flat had most things required. Comfortable and very clean. I would have liked an extra blanket for bed at night and was surprised when there wasn’t one available. It was a very quiet area and people friendly.

Really easy check in and check out. Clear instructions, property as described and responsive host. Really pleased.

We were in town for a diving meet. The pool was right across the street. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Jay was quick to answer any questions and check and check out were a breeze!

We enjoyed our stay, the kitchen was well equipped, plenty of seating for 6, beds were large and comfortable, plenty of hanging places and great laundry facilities. Only drawback, not enough toilet paper for 6 people, for 4 nights and did not provide more.

We all enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful views out to sea and harbour area. Apartment was spotless and handy for all amenities. Spacious and comfortable. Hope to be back sometime soon. Elaine

Had a wonderful stay here. The views across the water to Dundee were simply breathtaking, and the apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Charming space with every need catered for and quality finishings. Karen was always very quick to respond and the welcome goodies were a lovely touch! Privacy was also appreciated with easy self check-in and separate garden. Noise can be heard from feet and paws in the living space above but it didn’t detract from everything else. Only wish I could have stayed longer :)

Lloyd's place was an excellent base for us visiting Edinburgh for the weekend. The apartment was clean, warm and cozy. The view of the castle was amazing! The Christmas tree was a lovely touch, making the weekend even more magical. Lloyd is a great host and was very responsive. We definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Lovely place, very comfortable and with everything we needed. Good instructions from the host in regards to check in. Location was great for the Ovo and glasgow central bars etc. Would absolutely book again for any future trips.

Fantastic short stay right in centre of Glasgow. Beautiful apartment on 7th floor which makes you feel away from the hustle & bustle on the streets below. Very comfortable & spacious, with easy access, ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Would highly recommend

Absolutely loved staying here- what a hidden gem! The apartment was immaculate with comfy beds and living room. The sound of the river was so therapeutic and really added to the experience. The water pressure was insanely good in all showers/ bath and made us jealous that we couldn’t stay longer. Close enough to Edinburgh for tourist attractions but brilliant being away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet and peaceful location and we had such a lovely time. Can’t wait to book again!

A great place to stay halfway between the centre of Edinburgh and Leith. The busses are excellent and travel in and out of the city very easy. Cornelian takes great care over the apartment and it was spotless on arrival. A fabulous place to come back to and rest. Thank you
