Highly recommend Katie’s place in Danville and can’t speak highly enough about Katie herself as the host. Her home is spotless and finished to a very high standard with every possible amenity you could wish for thoughtfully considered. From initial booking to checkout and with several check-ins in between Katie’s responsiveness and communication were excellent. Don’t hesitate, next time you are heading to the Danville area make sure you book this home to stay in. You won’t regret it.

Wonderful stay ! Looking forward to being back. Felt right at home and loved the local touches. FYI there are stairs into home so keep that in mind if you have limited mobility. I am so glad I found this Durham gem to stay in for my visits to the area.

This was our third stay at Betty's Farm Time Studio. The location is peaceful, and we could relax and enjoy the quiet of the setting. From past experience, we knew that Betty was super responsive; the same was true this time when we needed to contact her. We felt safe and right at home, knowing Betty would respond and take care of any issue that might arise. I highly recommend Betty's place!

A great place to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday with a group of 10 friends. The house was easy to find, well equipped and Jenni was super responsive to any questions we had. We spent all afternoon sitting on the dock and some of the guys even caught some nice striped bass right from the boathouse. In the evening we would head to the kitchen where everything we needed was already there. Super coffee bar for in the mornings as well. Later, some of us would head to the firepit while others sat in the kitchen and chatted. The beds were super comfortable and it was a wonderful weekend overall. Would 100% recommend and would return again in a minute.

I've been looking for a lake house to relax in after work and now I've found it. Thank you Karen for such a great, cozy, atmospheric home. I am 100% satisfied with my vacation thanks to you. Thank you. If I do any more work in Danville, I will rent for sure again. Thank you very much🫂

The house is awesome and it’s very quiet and peaceful. Still feels very new! Hoping I can get back out to that house during the warmer weather!! Would love to take advantage of the lake and amenities offered by Scott.

My sister and I rented the Rabbit Hole during Thanksgiving week. Our families had the best time and would love to return next Summer when we can enjoy Hyco Lake. Heather, the host, was very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay. We cooked a big Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was perfect. We had everything we needed. We loved waking up each morning to the beautiful views from every floor. The kids loved the game room and the bunkbed room. The house is beautifully decorated and quite cozy, and far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Heather and family for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful setting right on Hyco Lake. The house is gorgeous and had lots of space and things to do and keep the kids occupied. It was easy to access the lake with the paddle boards and kayak provided. Tanya was quick to respond to our questions and needs. We loved our stay!

The house was great and Drew was a helpful host. We had a nice relaxing long weekend and enjoyed hanging out on the dock, swimming, and kayaking. The house was easy to find and super clean when we arrived!

I had a lovely stay at this quant studio apartment. Everything was clean and neat and pleasing to eye. I slept really well and the bed was comfy too! I appreciated the coffee/tea/ and water in the fridge. I even cooked a bit which helped me to save money while traveling. I plan on coming back up in July and if the spot is open, I would stay here again. Juni was super gracious and checked in with me to see if I needed anything without any prompts. Her hospitality was notable! You will enjoy this spot if you need an easy stay.

Space is incredibly clean, easy to access, and comfortable. It's been amazing every time I've stayed. It's also within the River district and you can walk to most of the places there. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

This townhome was as good as you can ask for. Absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean with unique touches inside like a fish tank. Very safe neighborhood. Host was excellent. This was the perfect booking for a Duke game. If I’m ever in Durham again for a Duke game, I’d book here in a second.

It was was wonderful to find a dog friendly home and neighborhood where I could take my pup for short walks without having to drive to a trail or park. She always looked forward to the excitement of seeing the ducks and herons in the small pond, which was only a 5 minute walk away. Luis is a true dog lover - he was very sweet with my girl and even occasionally offered to walk her when he was heading out for his own morning walks. As a host, he was extremely responsive and provided very clear information.
