Everything was as described. And we enjoyed the stay and the place was peaceful and excellent. Just check out time was really not comfortable. I would suggest host to change the check out time, it should be atleast 11:30am. Because 10am hardly someone on vacations can wake up and leave the space. Other than that i would definitely recommend others to stay at this place.

The villa was excellent. Great place. Very clean. Safe, secure and convenient location. Kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed our Dubai vacation. 100% recommend and we will definitely be back again!!

The house is perfect to host family gatherings, we had 4 families with kids and we had a great time. The pool is amazing, the host is very friendly, despite few issues on the first day, the host was able to take control of the situation and sorted out everything in a timely manner. Overall very good experience, well recommended.

My family stayed 5 weeks in this beautiful home. The home has been recently renovated and felt very well kept and homely. Despite the summer heat we were able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and made use of the community swimming pools, playgrounds and lakeside walking paths. The house was extremely child friendly. Stefanie and her husband Mike were extremely wonderful hosts - welcoming and very responsive. We were grateful to also have the service of her housekeeper who was also great. All in all my family were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend. I would not be honest if I did not mention that there were some maintenance issues that cropped up during our stay like an AC leak and an issue with a fuse but Stefanie had these resolved very very quickly so we this not really impact our stay. Don’t walk, run! This is a wonderful base from which to explore Dubai. Thank you Stefanie!

The apartment was really cozy and felt so comfortable living here. Having access to a great swimming pool and gym was also a really nice bonus on top of how nice the apartment was. We would love to visit again when we come back. 5*

The apartment is really clean, tidy, new and has every thing you need to stay. It's like in the pictures. Very quiet location with no transport at sight, you need to move by car. Beach is walking distance, but there are no many services on the area. I recommend it for a restful stay.

Great location, easy check-in. Stunning views. The host Jerin provided excellent communication.

A perfect place for large group with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Communication was great albeit with many caretakers. Host was kind enough to provide drinking water, coffee and sugar plus the shower essentials. Place was right opposite Dubai Marina Mall and the view from balcony was breathtaking. Might be a bit far from Old Dubai but all the new attractions is on this modern side of Dubai ie Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, The Palm etc. It's also a 5 minute walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants available. In summary we are happy with Peter's place as it provides all the necessities to stay as a "home"

This is one of the best AirBNB rentals I have ever stayed at, hands down. The apartment is stunning. The views are spectacular. The rooftop and pool were my favorite place to be. The photos don’t even do it justice. The linens, bed and pillows were amazing. Having a washer and dryer was really helpful. Communication was fantastic. I couldn’t ask for more. You won’t find a rooftop pool with these views at this price elsewhere— book it!!

Friendly host who rents out his clean and spacious apartment, in building gym, jacuzzi, pool and parking. A huge new beach is being completed right across the street from the house, then it will be totally exclusive. Lots of small shops and shopping malls nearby, access to Dubai either by public transport (bus and metro or taxi and metro) depends how you choose. We really enjoyed our stay now in November.
