Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Perry County

Stayed a couple of days while visiting my 20-something son. We were within a couple of blocks of places he wanted to take us. It was cozy, cute and clean. Appreciated not having to kennel my small dog and there were cleaning supplies there in case there was an accident. Plenty of places to hang wet towels, which is often overlooked by hosts. Thrilled to find a great go-to place next time I'm in town!

Great place to stay downtown Johnstown. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The loft apartment was very neatly decorated, super clean and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

I needed a place for my daughter to stay last minute. They were quick to send us instructions and the place was very convenient to campus. Everything about the rental went well. Thanks.

I do not like giving reviews. Shanna's place was a great find in Newark. I have gone to the area many times for work and would prefer The Sleepover over any hotel in the area.

Great place in a nice very walkable location. Apartment is exactly how described, with all the amenities. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Athens.

The loft was perfect size for a weekend get away. Bath is deep enough for an actual relaxing time. The bbq place down stairs was good I highly recommend their banana pudding. Would stay here again.

A Perfect Sanctuary for Rest & Connection. Our group of six mothers and business owners came here for a much-needed getaway to rest, restore, and connect—and this cabin was the perfect sanctuary for just that. Nestled in a beautiful wooded lot, it offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Fireplace + hot tub were a plus! Had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Mildred's Place! The house was so accommodating, exactly as described and even more fun to stay in. I loved all the decor items - you can tell this was a passion project, there's just so much life and love poured into every detail. I highly recommend this spot, it was just delightful! 😊

Loved the location and host was super friendly and accommodating. Cabin was amazing! Only issue I had with the whole stay was the neighbors dogs barked the entire time. And you could hear them inside but only the that a great stay!

Racing at the GNCC John Penton race down the street this weekend. It can get a little wild at the races, so we always look for an AirBnB nearby to relax and stay focusing on the racing and not the shenanigans. This place was great for that. About 15 minutes away from the race. Quiet as can be. He's serious when he says little or no cell reception. We threw out a Starlink and had internet without problems. Decent grocery store nearby (Kroger) nearby. Great stay!

We stayed at Bethany’s place off and on for about 2 months as we needed a home base to help care for my dad. Bethany was extremely kind, compassionate and caring to our situation. She offered us every assistance, checked in routinely, and was exceptionally helpful. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a short or long term stay. Everything worked, everything was clean and cozy. This is a lovely place, don’t hesitate to book with Bethany!

The townhome was homey and accommodating. This was the perfect place to stay close to town and made you feel at home. The beds were so comfortable and the place nice and clean. You have everything you need there. Highly recommend.

A few college friends and myself rang in the New Year in Athens and stayed in this airbnb. Newly renovated, plenty of space for 6 people and several nice amenities. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

Angie was incredibly kind and responsive, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. The location was perfect for what we needed, and the space was more than enough for our big group. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was spacious, making it the perfect spot for our trip!

We came down to Athens to celebrate our kids and their friends. Ashley was spot on about everything advertised in this apartment. She provided everything that we needed and then some. The place was clean, updated, and really comfortable. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Court Street, and it's so close to campus. We'll definitely stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!
