Perfectly located for easy walking to dining and the water. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Loved the welcome treats and clear instructions that were left on the counter. We enjoyed our stay while in town visiting family. Will definitely be back.

This place is in a wonderful location that is easy walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. We were in the midst of coordinating the many moving parts of a wedding, so we very much appreciated the host being proactive in their communication. They even extended our checkout without us asking! Thanks so much for the great experience.

Rick and Trish were absolutely awesome hosts!! They were responsive and helpful. After a winter storm hit Rick cleared the snow from my car and Trish offered me food. I really could not have found a better place to stay and look forward to staying there every time I’m in town!

My husband and I stayed here for a week to visit our kids and family for Christmas. We had everything we needed and there are lots of shopping and restaurants within 3-5 minutes. Maureen was very nice and responsive through our stay. House was clean and comfortable. Will stay again when we are In Elizabeth City.

Aaron’s place was exactly as advertised. My wife surprised me with a stay at this property for my graduation, and it was perfect. The house was very accommodating for my family and kids, with spacious rooms and exceptional cleanliness. Aaron was a responsive host who promptly answered all our questions. The backyard was an incredible spot to relax in peaceful surroundings. I would definitely stay at this property again!

I have reserved this property twice for my employees and they now have been spoiled compared to the hotels they are accustomed to. They have done nothing but rave about this property. Looking to book here as early as next week again.

We loved this home! Such a cozy and unique historic home. Ty made sure we had everything we needed and checked in virtually (air bnb message) daily. It was so nice to be close enough to walk to so many things - coffee, restaurants, cute shops, the museum, parks, and convenience stores. This is my first air bnb experience and I loved it. We will definitely book this home again!

Amazing views, relaxing and beautiful.

The condo is very nice, functional, and super well-equipped (it looks just like the photos). Brad is very attentive and responds quickly. The instructions for entering the apartment and for check-out were very clear and straightforward. The location is very close to the water park, and our kids loved visiting it. The only thing to keep in mind regarding the location is that it takes 22 minutes by car to get to the nearest beach, and approximately 30 minutes to get to the beaches in Duck
