The apartment was impeccably clean and tastefully furnished with all new furniture, appliances, and finishes. We had heat and AC in the bedroom and in the main living areas. The bathroom was large and comfortable even for people with mobility issues. We even had our own indoor parking space with an elevator that took us right to our door. The location is great, right in the center of Varese, which is a beautiful city, and we were so close to Lake Como and Switzerland and French borders. The hosts were extremely attentive and very polite and accommodating. We loved our stay and hope to come back.

Laura was extremely kind and helpful, also considering that due to my flight time I arrived really late. She patiently and accurately explained how the house works and made herself available for any communication. The apartment is a real gem: functional, elegantly sober, with attention to detail and truly welcoming. I hope to be back as Laura's guest soon, maybe in case I catch a flight at a more convenient time.

Great place to stay, very homey and comfortable. Super clean and host was very nice and responsive. Had only two issues: 1- on a lake so mosquitos are to be expected, be aware. 2- wifi was spotty, but host tried and made all the efforts to fix/correct just took a bit. All in all we would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Roberta's house. We felt like we were in our own home. Very quiet place, very comfortable and easy to reach town and any groceries stores. This is my second time booking with Roberta and I am always pleased and happy to be hosted in her home. Will definitely book again.

The location was great! Easily accessible and in a nice area. Clear instructions to get in and without complications. Close to Duomo, around 10 minute-walk. The place was super clean and as described. Filippo is a great host, very helpful before and throughout our stay! Would definitely choose the place again next time I’m in Milan!
