El lugar impecable, tal cual se describe. excelente ubicación con acceso a buenos restaurantes, bares, supermercados y un centro comercial, barrio seguro. A pesar de estar en una zona animada, la calle donde esta el apartamento es muy tranquila. El anfitrión dispuesto a colaborarte en lo que necesites, respuestas rápidas; le agradezco el poder entrar más temprano al alojamiento.

this 1 bedroom apartment was beautiful. huge tv in the bedroom and AC. it is in a perfect location to the mall and resturant and bars. the balcony faces the mall and the main street. it's on the 6th floor and a good view. the host was super responsive and great to have stayed there. would gladly stay again. I had a wonderful time there and felt at home. thanks for hosting me.

Dean and Cristina are great hosts. They responded very quickly to any questions or problems we had. The apartment is in a great location in a very quiet residential neighborhood while at the same time it is close to many restaurant and shopping locations like the Arboleda Shopping Center. The building has excellent security with 24 hour per day doormen, who provide access to the building and treat everyone very well. The internet works well in the apartment and the two televisions are good one with Colombian programming and the other with access to things like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The apartment has a nice deck for sitting outside and we experienced no bugs or insects using it. There is one minor inconvenience for the apartment. The apartment has a clothes washer but no dryer, so the clothes must be hung to dry after washing. This can be done for most items but not the bedding which cannot be hung to dry. To wash bedding the owners must come by and pick it up for cleaning.

A rooftop pool is surrounded by modern lounge areas and tropical plants, offering sweeping views of the city and mountains. The clear blue water reflects the sky, creating a serene setting for relaxation. Large tiles and a spacious deck enhance the area.

Great place to stay, the balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning, the pool was beautiful. lots of great places within walking distance. Pierre was quick to respond and proactively suggested places to visit and try. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Pereira!

El sr. Charles es muy amable, desde el primer momento mostró flexibilidad para la entrada y salida del apartamento, estuvo pendiente y responde rápido. La ubicación es buena, tiene varios negocios cerca y la zona es segura. Las instalaciones son cómodas, es un apartamento amplio y acogedor, tiene algunas oportunas de mejora en cuando pintura y etc., pero en general muy cómodo, tranquilo, amplio y limpio, está equipado con todo lo necesario. I had a wonderful stay at Alexandra's apartment with my girlfriend for a week. The hospitality was excellent, and everything was just as expected. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very pleasant. The only minor downside is that, since it's located on a main avenue, there can be some noise from bars and clubs on the weekends. However, this was not a big issue for us, as we still had a great time overall. I truly appreciate Alexandra's hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Thank you for everything!

El alojamiento es tal cual como aparece en las fotos y descripción, es muy bonito, limpio, ordenado, y se encuentra en una zona tranquila y cerca la universidad. Yakir siempre respondió a todas las dudas que me surgieron tanto a la llegada como salida del lugar. Sin duda, volvería a rentarlo.

Alejandro’s place is beautiful and spacious also very clean, location is great within walking distance of bus terminal and few shops and restaurants. Alejandro gave us clear instructions for checking in and was attentive if anything needed. Nothing was needed as he provides everything in the apartment, Adriana was super friendly too and keeps the place pristine.

The place was exactly as advertised. Convenient location for the center of the city. The Waze directions link from AirBnB did not get me to the location. I ended up using google maps which worked perfect. The lobby desk is 24 hours. The room was a little noisy but I slept OK. Also there was no dishsoap for washing my dishes and no laundry soap for the washer but easily solved using Rappi!
