Fantastic property. Clean and classy. A great place to take the dogs as well. A lot of attention to detail in terms what's required for the property. Clear instructions are provided. Overall a 5/5 Louise is a great host. She is very prompt and very understanding. Thanks Louise, the bad weather did not dampen our spirits! In fact, the house made up for it!

A hidden gem Anne’s beach house is just what your looking for especially if you have dogs. The position is as close to the beach as descibed and the house is wonderfully setup with everything you will need. Anne is so easy to communicate with and there if you need her for anything! Thanks again Anne for a fabulous holiday.

We had a lovely stay at Mikey’s place. It was lovely and peaceful with beautiful surroundings.

Had a fantastic stay. Plenty to keep our teens busy, loads of space for us to spread out. Perfect for a large family group. Our teens have said they want it to be their annual holiday destination. Kings beach is always a winner with our family.

The house is great - we had a family of 8 - spacious, very relaxed, great open verandah, cool breezes, good view to Mt Coolum, short walk to the Marcoola Beach and Surf Club and local coffee shop and restaurant plus space for 4 cars off street - amazing. Kitchen was very well equipped for a holiday house. Will definitely come again. Short Drive to Coles and other restaurants.

We had a large group get together for my 50th birthday and stayed at Jacinta's place for a week and had a lovely, very relaxing time. The house is massive and I chose it for all the different areas where people could congregate together but also split off for time on their own. This all worked really well. There are a lot of rules and it's definitely not a party house but it was perfect for a tired bunch of middle aged friends who just wanted to lounge around and catch up! Having our boat on the jetty was also perfect!

pillows and paws is the perfect place to stay with your furry friend! We took our two greyhounds and all had the best time. The studio is a tropical oasis with the most beautiful garden and a lovely pool. The large under cover area is lovely and cool during the day, so we knew our dogs were comfortable when we went out for a couple hours. The studio has everything you need including outdoor cooking facilities, and much needed air con for those humid hot Queensland nights. Kim is super helpful and responsive and made us feel very comfortable. Even though Kim lives upstairs we felt like we had complete privacy the entire time. Would definitely come back!

Ereca’s home was perfect! Secluded, private and not far from shops/amenities etc. Well appointed, clean and spacious. Spent most of the time in the pool which was heaven! Quiet, peaceful neighbourhood and perfect for end of year R&R. Highly recommend and will definitely go back!

great place for all the family to come together for our Christmas vacation

Great house in a lovely, quiet and private location. Price was very reasonable compared to similar properties we'd stayed in, in the same sort of area. The layout of the house was great for a family with small children/a baby and the deck/pool area was secluded and private. The neighborhood was very private but close to the beach and shops. Would stay here again.

My partner and I stayed at the Dairy Cottage with our dog, Scooby, and we all had such a great and peaceful time! The cottage was just beautiful! Ros was such a great host, providing us with everything we need to make us feel at home and going out of her way to recommend a bunch of different activities to do around the area. Definitely recommend visiting The Dairy Cottage if you are looking for a peaceful getaway!

Beautiful house, especially the pool and outdoor area. Big enough yard for our outside dogs. Spacious bedrooms, large and well-equipped kitchen, lovely open plan living space. Good fast WiFi, Smart TV with plenty of connections for gaming consoles, streaming devices, etc. A perfect spot to stay and relax and do nothing, also close enough to Noosa, Sunshine Plaza, etc. if you want things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

We were overwhelmed by this lovely home, so very well cared for, and everything thought of for our stay. Communication with our host was excellent and super friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate returning for a visit or highly recommending this amazing location.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay with our pooch. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need! We loved the kitchen and the pool which has a giant bean bag and umbrella, making it easy to spend hours relaxing outside. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back again!

Thank you so much for having us! It was a fantastic stay and so peaceful. The outdoor bath and cows was definitely a highlight. I would like to add though, that the bed kept on breaking with every movement even rolling out of bed and the tv seems to be broken. Other than that it’s a fantastic stay and we enjoyed every moment of it, would definitely recommend this stay to others!

I was on an annual work trip and in need of a longer term base, Fourth Ave Caloundra was excellent for this purpose. The property had everything you could possibly need. And it was absolutely immaculate. Beautifully presented. Clean and comfy. Wonderful neighbours in Unit 1 who helped with anything I needed during my stay. I felt safe and secure there. The accommodation was very highly priced so I had to move locations when school holidays came along again, but all in all it was a lovely Sunny Coast chapter in Caloundra and I am very grateful to have had the experience.

Michelle’s home was wonderful, we felt very comfortable in the space and the kids had a great time in the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed bbq and drinks on the deck every night. Would highly recommended for families looking for a restful retreat.

Can’t thank Trevor enough for his warm hospitality and assistance. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was so lovely watching the sunset from the balcony upstairs. The location is perfect. Only a short walk to the bus stop, or you can easily walk to Hastings Street. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood but it’s SUPER close to popular cafes and restaurants as well as super markets. Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you again, and we hope to come back and stay at your place again!!
