This property is very special. The owner Emilio has put a lot of effort into everything. He and his staff are very friendly and helpful. An exceptional place to stay. This gem sits across the sand dunes of Salinas Bani. From arrival, we knew we'd found something special. Our room was spectacular with a private jacuzzi and incredibly comfortable bed. The sounds of breeze and waves gave us our best sleep in months. Everything worked flawlessly, including reliable hot water. What distinguishes this place is attention to detail in décor and amenities. Breakfast was exceptional—authentic "3 golpes" one day and continental the next. Deyanira's cooking was outstanding! The greatest asset is the staff. Brayhan addressed all our needs, while Anyara, Jason, and Maria were consistently kind and helpful, creating wonderful vibes with their genuine warmth. The location is unbeatable—steps from sand dunes with easy beach access. We're planning to return. Samuel and Anja, thank you both for your hospitality and special attention to us and thank you for making Salva Salinas magical. See you soon!

Samuel's accommodation is literally an oasis in the middle of the desert. In the Bani Dunes, in the middle of the desert and a rough sea, there is this oasis full of freshness, vegetation, good people, good vibes and excellent accommodation. Spacious, comfortable, clean, air-conditioned. Perfect for couples or small families Highly recommended for anyone in the areas of Salinas, Dunas, Palmar de Ocoa, Peravia. Hands up for Samuel who He received us personally, along with his friendly team.

A nice hotel to visit the dunes and the saltworks. The view of the bay and mountains is great. Parking is available in front of the hotel next to the street. When booking, pay attention to which room you choose! We booked one without a hot tub but got a free upgrade. The staff seems a bit inexperienced, but was always friendly and made a great effort

Second time visiting, this time with our little 6 month old baby. Like the last time, we enjoyed the comfy amenities and great dinner at the restaurant. An awesome place to relax and enjoy the views in between splashes and kitesurf sessions!! Thank you Samuel!

Booked Mike's place after leaving another location. Mike let me check in early. He responded very quickly to all inquiries I had. The building is secure and the security speak a little English. It's close to McDonald's and across from pricemart supermarket

Peaceful and quiet for a getaway. The staff decorated the room in a romantic way. Beautiful pool and views of the sea. It is very remote with no restaurants or shops close by meaning your only option for food is in the Airbnb. Just be aware, to have meals, you have to reserve beforehand. There is a lovely beach 15 minutes drive away.

An excellent hotel in the heart of Colonial Zone. The staff that attended me was lovely, both the receptionist and a girl who gave me a juice. It is close to everything and also has a garage to park the vehicle. I definitely recommend it 100%.

I had a great time at Fanni's, despite my introverted nature Fanni offered me several outings and activities with her and her friends. The accommodation is close to many shops, restaurants and activities. The kitchen is very convenient, there are several spaces available for eating, working, etc... The house is very beautiful, and Fixy (the cat) is really welcoming!!
