we love the the place. our kids enjoy the place too. when we come back up . we would love to stay again here

This is the first airbnb that I have ever been to where you DONT get emailed to pick up trash. I’m not saying don’t pick up after yourself but it’s nice to see a spot that doesn’t just cash in on a cleaning fee and MAKES YOU clean it. Nice studio space and the heater works great ! Just about 20 steps from a really good burger at ulrichs as well. Will definitely come back!

We loved our stay at Cooperage! It was a beautiful place to stay while we were home from Houston for the holidays! They had everything that we needed and more! The place was very clean. They provided everything, towels/bedding/throw blankets, etc. I didn’t hear any noise from neighbors (I had read previous ‘negative’ reviews about this) and we didn’t hear a peep. The two things that stood out above the rest were the aesthetically pleasing place… and lastly, the super responsive staff. They literally responded to me at all hours of the day and night, within minutes. I had gotten in late, around midnight, they were there. I asked for late check out, they accommodated at a very reasonable price. They were just all around amazing! Their responsiveness- ABOVE AND BEYOND! Everything about this place was lovely! I will definitely stay here again in the future!! Thank you!! ❤️

The best apartment ever! Jackie is very welcoming and kind, the house is clean, tidy and beautiful. Very convenient to access multiple restaurants, cafes and museums. Perfect living condition and environment. Highly recommend this place for travel or leisure trips. Thank you so much for your hosting Jackie!

Kati’s place was wonderful and just wanted we needed for our weekend in Peoria. We were in town for a wedding and her place had ample kitchen and living space to suit our needs. The set up was laid out perfectly for our group of 4 that was coming and going at different times. Having two entrances and bedrooms/bathrooms on opposite sides of the apartment made for a quiet and peaceful stay. We were welcomed with baking from a nearby bakery which was a lovely touch. Kati’s place provided easy access for us to get in and out of the city and was near lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

The place felt so cozy and homey! It felt almost like staying in a nice cozy cabin, and I would absolutely go again if given the chance again.

I had a last minute change to my travel plans, leaving me in need of a place to stay for a few days on short notice. Despite that, Mark was very understanding and accommodating. The place itself was clean and in a quiet area, which I was very grateful for. All in all it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Thank you Mark!

Six women stayed in this home to celebrate a 60th birthday. We loved the space for so many reasons. Each space was large enough for all of us to gather. The kitchen was nicely equipped. We spent a lot of time at the dining table playing games. The living room was a great space for us to sprawl out and watch movies and visit. We were within walking distance from downtown Peoria Heights where there is great food and shopping. We had freezing rain so we stayed put but honestly felt like the home had everything we needed for our intimate event. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We all said we would rent this home again. This home is so close to some amazing hiking trails. You can even walk to Grandview Drive. There are also bike trails close by if you like the outdoors. There is a good size outdoor space if you wanted to play yard games. There was plenty of parking for even our large party. Thank you, Paula and Jay! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen and living room were very comfortable and clean. The bedrooms were small but we could still fit a pack n play in the larger room and the beds were comfortable. Door keypad was sometimes a bit difficult to use and we had some trouble getting it to lock/unlock.

We have stayed here multiple times for our business trips and Kim is always super friendly and responsive. I love being right on the river and her home is super cozy and eclectic! Highly recommend!

What an outstanding home! If for sale, I would not hesitate to purchase it! Everything was amazing from the first moment. The house was in an exceptional location, everything was as described, the kitchen was fully stocked as it should be, the beds were comfortable… list goes on and on! Alex was incredibly respond lovely to work with. I have stayed at many Airbnb’s throughout the country and this was certainly in the top 3. Highly recommend this place!

The dogs, my lady and I enjoyed our stay here. It was different from the places we stay at but it was a great place and relaxing. We had a good time and a relaxing time as well. It was nice to find a place in Peoria last minute so we can be around family. .

Doug was very responsive and the home was large enough to comfortably host our family get together.

Jason’s home was beautiful, cozy, right on the water & perfect for our family of 8! Communicating with him beforehand was seamless as he responds very quickly and is very accommodating. The home is very spacious, we had plenty of towels and we enjoyed the game room in the basement! 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay here again!
