we love the the place. our kids enjoy the place too. when we come back up . we would love to stay again here

Jospeh's place was in the perfect spot for the conference I attended. Everything was so clean when I arrived. He was also very attentive with communication. Questions were answered within minutes all in all, I would stay there again.

The best apartment ever! Jackie is very welcoming and kind, the house is clean, tidy and beautiful. Very convenient to access multiple restaurants, cafes and museums. Selena was so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The place was incredible and provided a nice relaxing place to end the work day while we were in town. Not to mention the cookie store below was great! It was also owned by Selena and her husband. Selena was very quick to respond to a minor problem and addressed the issue immediately and efficiently. I’ll keep this on the list for the next time I’m back in the area for work.

Kati’s place was wonderful and just wanted we needed for our weekend in Peoria. We were in town for a wedding and her place had ample kitchen and living space to suit our needs. The set up was laid out perfectly for our group of 4 that was coming and going at different times. Having two entrances and bedrooms/bathrooms on opposite sides of the apartment made for a quiet and peaceful stay. We were welcomed with baking from a nearby bakery which was a lovely touch. Kati’s place provided easy access for us to get in and out of the city and was near lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

Really liked our stay in this charming house! Plenty of space for the six of us and our cars—maybe one of the few AirBnbs that’s actually bigger than it looks it the pictures! Neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed walking down Prospect to check out the local bars and restaurants.

Perfect weekend stay

This is a spacious, whimsically updated, comfortable home…and very clean! Nathan has been wonderful to work with and always responded quickly to our questions. We’ve stayed here a few times now and always look forward to coming back again!

Five stars and beyond for these amenities!My partner and I rented this amazing spot for a little “staycation” close to home and it was even better than we expected! So many amazing amenities and a super comfortable bed! Like really luxury hotel status pillows and mattresses. No surprise because the whole home had so much care put into the cleanliness and coziness of the spot down to the last detail. The hot tub was in perfect working condition even when temps were in the single digits. The view was breathtaking at all hours of the day, we loved watching the birds and barges go by. We had such a great time connecting over wine and board games and the pizza from Brienzos was delicious. We will definitely be back!

What an outstanding home! If for sale, I would not hesitate to purchase it! Everything was amazing from the first moment. The house was in an exceptional location, everything was as described, the kitchen was fully stocked as it should be, the beds were comfortable… list goes on and on! Alex was incredibly respond lovely to work with. I have stayed at many Airbnb’s throughout the country and this was certainly in the top 3. Highly recommend this place!

Had a great stay with our family and dog. Kristen was responsive and incredibly helpful when we had a technology issue partway through our stay. The communication was top notch and flexibility among the best we've seen in all of our AirBnB experiences. A++!

Doug and team were amazing and made our stay so great for Christmas. We were all in town to see my grandma for Christmas. Unfortunately she passed the day after we left but we created the best memories with family in this home. I’m sure this will become a tradition for our family now. Really unique home in a beautiful area just outside of Peoria.
