Beach condo vacation rentals in Pensacola Beach, Escambia County

I would like to thank Marina for allowing us to stay there. It was amazing. Always being responsive really helped to we felt like she had our back during our trip. I will definitely be booking again with her. Absolutely amazing.

The condo is very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. Cindy is very quick to respond. She lives in the building in case you need something and answered very quickly. Condo is almost next to Florabama which is fun! Balcony is small if you like to sit outside with crew for sunsets and the entire property including balconies and area by pool/grills/jacuzzi is no smoking (and they enforce this). Beach in front of condo is easy to access and not too crowded! Everything is very clean! Thanks!

Roxana property is really lovely and having some Beach view from Balcony and one bedroom. She is very much organised and give us the best support during our stay. The beach access is very convenient and we love the stay.

My wife and 2 kids absolutely loved our stay and we are already trying to plan our next stay here. Easy beach access and great location. Convenience store and restaurants right across the street! Theresa was kind and quick to respond. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Well worth the money!

Our stay at Brittany’s place was everything we’d hoped for. It is walkable to many great restaurants, there are shops for necessities right across the road & it’s right on the beach. Everything was as described and when we messaged to ask if we could book an additional night she was very helpful. The entire family, even our 6 & 9 year olds say they want to come back to this exact place.

We absolutely loved the place. Felt right at home as soon as you entered the door. Gorgeous beach with private access! We will definitely be staying here again our next trip down!

We had a wonderful time! We have been to many beaches but Orange Beach Alabama was the best. Our condo was very nice & cozy. The only issue we had was non-working elevator which was fine because there are 2 others. The best part was the beautiful view of the ocean! There are 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pools that are very nice & clean. Very clean & safe grounds.

This is a nice place, just a short 5~10 minute walk to a public beach access point. To reach the beach, you’ll need to cross a main road, but there are designated pedestrian crosswalks right in front of each access point, and drivers stop for pedestrians. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and the downstairs includes a small kitchen, living room, and a half bathroom. A small balcony offers a view of nearby buildings. While this place is currently undergoing renovations, it is fully functional, well-equipped, and perfectly clean. The hosts were very responsive, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for being such as gracious host! Our host added little thoughful touches like an air fryer, toaster oven, a generous amount of k- cups, an XBox, board games, and a box fan! I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

We had a fantastic stay! Denes was incredibly responsive and even allowed us to check in three hours early. The apartment is a hidden gem—clean, close to everything, and with a beautiful view of a lake and two nearby pools that my kids absolutely loved.

This place is amazing! It was perfect for my fiancé and I and our two daughters. Convenient location between Big Kahuna waterpark and the track gocart course. There are also plenty of restaurants around and some within walking distance. It's easy to find and very close to the beach. I recommend paying 4-6 dollars and going to henderson beach state park. The beach with free parking nearby is a small strip in between resorts with private beaches. This area easily gets overcrowded. Overall, it was a great time and I would recommend this place to anyone, especially with kids.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was! Wish we could have stayed longer. Pete’s place is exactly as described and more. Beautiful location and space. Excellent amenities. Walkable to a great restaurant and a mile from a great beach access point with restrooms! (Johnson Beach State Park ) Thanks again! We would definitely stay here again!

The location is AMAZING! Our view from the balcony was the best! Tammy's place was cozy, we felt right at home & can't wait to be back! She was always very responsive and we had everything we needed.

I enjoyed my stay tremendously. The only negative is that I was only there for one night. It was very clean & I loved the huge bathrooms, robes, and patio. Diana was spot on in describing the place and it was a short commute to get to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Our family of 6 fit well. There was enough space for everyone. The corner balcony was a bonus since it was so big. The views of the ocean/sunrise/sunset were the best part. The beach was super nice. Having access to the beach chairs and umbrella was an added perk. We used that service everyday. We were there in March and the temperature was cooler than we were hoping (strong winds too). Our kids still swam in the two heated pools. The big pool was not heated. The small pool on the side of the road as the condo was ok, but it’s not on the ocean side like other condos we’ve stayed at. The other pool is across the pedestrian bridge. Both pools were heated to 87 degrees. The lazy river was not heated. Overall a great stay. A lot of potential for warmer months to get access to the larger pool and more use of the ocean.

The place was even better than I expected it to be. Me and my family felt rite at home. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. I was the birthday girl so I got the room with the king bed and balcony with the beautiful views. It felt like a home away from home. The pool was nice and warm and the access to the beach was so close and convenient. I highly recommend Chelsea’s place for your Beach home away from home. I definitely book this place again and my whole family agrees. We truly enjoyed my birthday trip. Also very close to Destin and crab island and other adventurous places and restaurants. ❤️👌🏽

Beautiful place. There were 3 ‘littles’ with us and they loved the pool, beach and the bunkbeds. Very busy area, but we stayed on the premises most of the time and it was calm and cool. Would recommend!!

Condo was great. Just as described. Plenty of cookware, large balcony and bathrooms. Beautiful views! There is plenty to do within walking distance if you don't want to drive.

The condo is exactly like the pictures. Beautiful and clean. Great setup for kids and their friends. Most definitely will book again. Lauren checked in to make sure everything was great! We had plenty of space for our group and also make friends with Sunny, the security guard. He was very helpful and wonderful to the children!
