Vacation rentals with a patio in Pennedepie

We just had our 3rd stay at David and Joy's apartment with my 6-year-old daughter. And we'll be back this summer. The apartment is very pleasant, hyper central (market at the foot of the building, train station 10 minutes away, beach 10 minutes away), recently renovated with quality work, very well-equipped. The balcony is a real plus. David is very responsive in his answers, complete in the information and flexible on departure times. Everything is perfect in this apartment which I would highly recommend.

A gem! Absolutely fantastic! The apartment is so beautiful, cool decor and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really appreciate the little things like salt, pepper and oil to cook something. We enjoyed people watching on the street below as the sun set :) Couldn't be more perfectly located, with the park behind and a short skip to all the restaurants and harbour. Yet so quiet even though we were central. Penny is wonderful and welcomed us with apple juice and cherries, plus lots of local recommendations. She even kindly booked a table at a local restaurant for us when we struggled! A great experience in a wonderful place.

Wonderful place that despite the grayness allowed us to have a great weekend. Very well heated, super clean, refurbished. Lots of storage and all the comforts. Windows overlooking the sea… happiness! And Alain, the host: adorable! Thank you 🙏

We didn't meet Tiphaine. We were hosted and spoke with François. Very good hosting. Caring and warm. we were only there for one night, everything was ready as for a longer stay. very clean, functional accommodation, the setting is charming and very quiet. be careful, however, of the stairs that lead to the bedroom and bathroom, very steep and narrow...

We chose Lisieux as our base for traveling around Normandy for a week. The location was perfect, easy parking, close to Monoprix. There was lots of space in the apartment and it was very quiet at night. Ludo was a great host!

Very nice apartment, very bright, close to the beach and restaurants

A very nice place for this Normandy gîte! The studio is very well equipped and very comfortable. The site is beautiful with a sumptuous garden and typical Norman buildings. The hosts are incredibly friendly and attentive. I really recommend this place and if possible I will go back!

Beautiful accommodation, perfect for a couple and 2 children, well equipped and well located 3 minutes walk from the beach, shops - 5 minutes by car. great for a change of scenery.

the house was super welcoming, we all felt very good. well equipped. we feel that it is a house that has a soul since Dan's family sometimes lives there. there is really everything you need. the blood is good. the TV works well. there is a lot of equipment. the garden is fabulous. I have a little regret for the pool, that's it...

 This is our second stay in Dives sur Mer at Clementine's and everything was perfect again, the house is very charming , it feels good, very functional with its 3 bathrooms, each has its own space. Very comfortable bedding. We found our little habits in the city center of Dives a few minutes walk away (thank you for all your recommendations of addresses). Everything was perfect, Clementine is a lovely host, and above all very accessible. We will definitely be back this summer

Superb quiet rental with super nice pool! The garden is large and super well maintained. The little extra: animals (horses, biquettes, chickens...) too cute for your children. It is the perfect place to have a good time with the family, to enjoy the pool, the great outdoors and to go to the sea: near Deauville, Trouville ... we even went to Etretat. Tiago is a great host too! We will be back ❤️

We stayed at this beautiful property as a family of six (parents and four adult children), and we had an absolutely perfect experience! The house is even more stunning than the photos — spacious, stylish, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool area was a true highlight — private, peaceful, and perfect for both lounging and swimming. Every corner of the house was designed with care, and we felt at home the moment we arrived. Philippe was an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and always available when we had questions or needed anything. His attention to detail and hospitality made all the difference. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals before, but this one truly stands out. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. We would absolutely love to come back!

We had a great weekend with friends in Florence's cottage. Very well located in Honfleur, courtyard with 4 very convenient parking spaces, it is a beautiful cottage, completely redone and very well-equipped and decorated. Great bedding. We did not lack anything. I recommend it+++

Magnifique. Studio in the hyper-center. Close trade, beach, casino. Very well decorated and functional. Our hostess was patient (sorry for the delay), friendly and discreet once all the information was provided. We recommend, oh yes!

A cozy and impeccable little cocoon in a very pleasant and quiet environment. Close proximity to shops and the sea in the background, a destination to be redone for us.
