We had an amazing stay at Ahmet’s place. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures. Ahmet was incredibly flexible and helpful. The apartment was in a great location, with beautiful views of Istanbul. The area was peaceful. The apartment also had all the amenities we could have needed. We would definitely book again when we return.

A really pleasant stay!! The place is peaceful and very convenient to get to the ferries and restaurants. And lots of cute cats! The apartment is cozy and clean, the decoration are good too. Last but not least, Gokhan is very nice and always responsive when we needed help. Highly recommend!

ms. mahinur's house is very nice, you can find everything you will need in this house. The location is very good. You can reach good restaurants, cafes and the beach less than 5 minutes on foot. If there are any problems, Ms. Mahinur is available at any time and helps to solve the problem, I wish those who will stay here have fun

The location is very nice, very close to the center and also away from the noise. The living room and rooms are very spacious. Everywhere is spotless. The most important thing for us was that Ms. Ezgi solved the small problems very quickly.

Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

Next time I ll stay here again. The building has security at the entrance. Even though we just stayed one night it was good there was a washing machine.. This is valuable stay for a family situated on the asian side. Two good bedrooms and a living room where you also dine. As we stayed in June we were pleased the cooling system was working well . The area consist of newly built housing complex - "Resident". The flat is on the 17th floor so you will have an open view. Parking in the Street and there is own parking area. You are not downtown, but you can easily reach Bagdat Caddesi, Kadiköy and Uskudar within 5-10 min by taxi. Easy access to the highway junction and the Eurasia tunnel . The Fikirtepe metrobus station is 2-3min away. The great shopping mall Akasya is nearby. If you happens to stay on a Tuesday you can visit the famous "Sali Pazari" like grand bazaar - the big market - which is just on the other side of the main road. Mr. Volkan was helpful thanks.

Staying with Etel has been by far my best Airbnb experience to date. Her apartment offers a calm environment to recover from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. She and her brother were more than welcoming to me and helped me many times throughout my stay there. I highly recommend taking a bus ride down to Emirgan Park or the Bosphorus, which are only 2 to 3 bus stops away from her apartment. The location of the apartment is also incredibly convenient for university students who have just arrived in Istanbul. In short: I can't recommend this place enough. Etel is a wonderful host and a joy to talk to. If you have some time to spare after a day of exploring the city, she will be excited to show you whichever puzzle she is currently working on.
