Vacation rentals with breakfast in Pend Oreille River

We loved staying at the Midtown Cottage! We would definitely stay again. Walking distance to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and also close to downtown. We loved the cozy bedroom, and the sweet dining nook. There were enough towels and blankets to go around! Spotless and homey, all in one.

Quiet neighborhood but close to everything you will want to do.

The house was very well kept and taken care of. Clean, very comfortable, and provided exactly what we needed. The host was very helpful and accommodating. I very strongly recommend the home and its host!

This property was exactly as described. We booked so we could attend holiday activities at the Coeur d'Alene Resort. It was a quick walk to and from the resort so the location was perfect for our trip. Diana mentioned several activities taking place to be sure we knew they were happening. The house was beautiful and accommodated our large family very well. It had all the amenities we needed to be able to prepare meals, as well as bathroom amenities, laundry needs, a nice work space for our college kids to complete homework, and the hot tub to warm up and relax in at the end of the day. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again!

Perfect place to stay in downtown Coeur d’Alene! Came for the Ironman race and the location and set up of this AirBnB was ideal. Walkable to everything downtown, spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen made for a great weekend.

Amazing stay! Even tried to book another weekend while we were there!! Super cute and nice safe neighborhood. Very clean and updated and the Christmas tree was the icing on the cake!! Very responsive and they have other properties we will definitely stay at!!

Jennifer's place is incredible! The scenery is amazing, with the river literally in the backyard, and the mountains just beyond. This morning, there were two bald eagles flying overhead! The house was spotless, the bathroom was luxurious, and the extra touches made me feel so at home. I would definitely stay here again!

Charlaine’s place is in a great location with a private drive and lovely landscaping! It’s spacious and has great personal touches including a basket of snacks and breakfast items/a coffee station, a large apt fridge and other cooking appliances. Beds are comfy and the bathroom has a nice variety of toiletries and the softest towels! We have stayed twice and I highly recommend her as a top-notch host!

This place was absolutely perfect for a quick weekend getaway. It was super clean, quiet, and felt like a private place. Lots of beautiful artwork throughout and had a very homey feel. Host was super nice, accommodating, and replied quickly. We had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here next time I’m in Spokane!

Davis was super friendly, and accommodating. His place has literally everything you would need. The kitchen was well stocked! The yard was awesome for the family! David had great instructions on how to find the cool local spots. Our family had a great time there!

This is a charming, cozy apartment nestled among historic buildings in Spokane’s urban core. Allison was so thoughtful. The space preheated in anticipation of my arrival. (Thank you!) She even stocked the fridge with breakfast items. (Love that!) The location is perfect for an individual or couple who wants easy access to the city. There are several restaurants, and even a museum, within walking distance. In addition, many of the area's shops and performance halls are just a mile or two up the road.

We just needed a place to sleep, and I had a great sleep. Very comfortable bed. Thank you for allowing pets, as we had our dog with us.

Tom and Rhonda made us feel right at home, and were very accommodating when our schedule changed. It’s a beautiful, peaceful location, great for dogs and families. We can’t recommend it enough!

I was drawn to this place and let me tell you it didn't disappoint in one lil bit! The view of the mountain and the lake are spectacular and I can't even begin to tell you how much my husband and I enjoyed getting to know Linda and her family! Definitely is one of our destinations we will be visiting again!

This is one of the best ski cabins I have ever stayed in in North America. No hyperbole here. Truly cool, inviting and in a great setting. Our family will be back.

Was assigned the Mirror room aka kinky sex dungeon. Subfloor/downstairs/no windows Red themed, elaborate Full length mirrors everywhere, including the ceiling! Only ceiling light is above the headboard aimed at the bed No pics of this room on the website Still, great house and experience overall, would book again and hope for a different room, something less 50 Shades vibe.

Beautiful house within easy walking distance of downtown Wallace. Room was beautiful, clean, and had many useful amenities. Thoughtful touches such as the included charging cables, over and above on bathroom products. Nice ambiance! Host allowed access to a beautifully decorated sitting room, espresso machine and a lovely wraparound porch.

This place is truly beautiful, comfortable and with a very nice host. Beautiful garden, great breakfast, TV worked perfectly and bed was very comfortable. It's a lovely palace beautifully decorated for having a chill time. Highly recommend it.

Probably one of the best stays I’ve experienced so far. Great accommodating hosts filled with intellect and personality with a comfortable relaxing environment in a beautifully constructed home and that private country feel. Don’t miss out on this one!
