Wonderful places close to the beach in a very non-touristic area. A couple of really authentic eateries in the vicinity and the peace and quiet of the large garden which you are free to use. That and a couple of very nice hosts. Lovely place to relax.

Great location and walking distance to the beach and various beach bars and restaurants. The house was very cozy and everything worked well. And it was nice and quiet in the area.

We stayed at Kanaris’s place for two weeks, and it was perfect for our family of four. The house was comfortable and well-kept, and there was a beautiful shared garden area. The location is amazing! It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the bus stop. Kanaris was responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. We will definitely try to stay at this property again if we return to Kalamata.

We stayed a week at Stefano's place and had a very good time. The location and especially the views are beautiful. We also felt right at home, happy to come back! Stefanos is a very good host.

From the first to the last minute we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome! The Airbnb, which looks like the one in the pictures, is an absolute dream with good facilities and direct access to the sea. We took advantage of the opportunity to eat out on foot several times, and excursion destinations are easily accessible by car. Every time we had a question, we received an extremely friendly and helpful answer very quickly. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place with stunning bay views and sunsets. Simple accommodation, ideal for a repressive vacation.

It's been the third year that I visited Western Peloponnese and found this wonderful accommodation after having been to some other airbnb accommodations in the region. I can tell that this one is truly unique! The small house stands in a garden / grape field, really just a couple of minutes walk from a great beach. It is calm, it is quiet, it is perfect for a remote and relaxing summertime spent close to nature and the sea. The bigger house has large windows (actually, half of the walls are windows), thus giving lots of lights and beautiful view on the garden. It is clean and has everything one might need. There are various taverns in the village (and some bars on the beach), but most importantly: Stamoulis and Anna have their own tavern (ca. 10 minutes walk from the house), providing amazing and authentic food. They are one of the nicest hosts I have ever met! Definitely going to come back here, and I can recommend it to anyone.

We spent the last 4 days of our trip at Bea’s cottage and it was lovely! The little house was perfect for 2 of us, it had everything we needed to relax, simple pleasures. We watched the sunrise over the mountains one morning - breathtaking! Everything as listed on the rental page 😊 Thank you Bea!

Iris, her husband and son were extremly nice and helpful people :) They showed us the ranch and gave us some tips on local restaurants and points of interest. The guest house was cozy, with only 15 minute walk to the beach. As animal lovers we really appreciated the presence of horses and the dogs Vera and Petra. The guest house had everything necessary, including pots, dishes, stove, coffee and they even prepared a jar of their homemade olive oil and olives that were delicious! We had two wonderful, relaxing weeks in the small house with the wonderful garden, just 1 minute away from the beach. There we had everything we needed and can wholeheartedly recommend the place. Excursions to historical places, the most beautiful nature, fantastic beaches, beautiful mountain villages with nice cafes and restaurants made our time here perfect. We were a family of 6 adults. We found a great house surrounded by a wonderful garden with lemon and olive trees and flowers all over. The surronding is wild land viewing the mountains and the bay below. Very peaceful and quiet. This is a very good starting point for travelling in the Peloponnese, close to beautiful Nafplio and Tolo. Nancy was so generous ans very helpful regarding all we needed. The house itself is very well equipped comfortable. We definitely recommend this villa to families or groups of friends.

A great experience. We highly recommend this Host. We loved: 1) Position. About 3' from the sea and less than 30' from the airport. Lots of restaurants and a Mini-Market just 5' walk (with a much bigger grocery store half-way from the airport). No rental car needed unless you are planning a visit to another town. 2) View. STUNNING, especially from the big terrace. 3) Looks of the apartment. Really cosy, conveys a sense of home away from home. Outstanding terrace. Absolutely perfect. 4) Furnishing. Well furnished, including a big BBQ in the terrace. 5) Air conditioning. Works like a charm. 6) Responsiveness of the Host: TOP. 7) Parking. Very easy to find a parking spot, even in high season. Areas of improvement. 8) Slow internet, the biggest issue. Too slow and at times completely lacking. 9) Check-in. We had to wait half-an-hour in the heat on arrival. 10) Sockets. Especially in the bedrooms, more sockets are needed by the bed side tables for lights, chargers and medical equipment.

Although I booked this place for the beautiful balcony view, unfortunately I didn't fully enjoy it because I had to visit all the beautiful places around Paul's bangalow. The bangalow has all comforts and even in a rainy day you can enjoy staying on the balcony listening the raindrops in front of you, drinking your coffee in the middle of a beautiful olive grove, from which generous Paul gave us a bottle of olive oil as gift. Paul has made reality the dream of every human, to own a piece of land in this blessed area. I am happy I met Paul because he is a very nice and intelligent man who is always there for you so as to knock out every need you have and I wish I had more time to hang out with him.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The house and location are very nice and worth the money. The view over the olive trees to the sea was as we had imagined and dreamed. By the pool there were not only four very comfortable loungers but also a cozy sitting area. Under the olive trees there was another table with four chairs in the shade. What we didn't like so much was that the mattress in the smaller bed was very soft. In the large bed, on the other hand, the mattresses have been very hard. Here I would suggest investing in new and higher quality mattresses. The house cleaning could be a little more thorough and the drains in the bathroom should also be cleaned after every departure. Overall, we felt very comfortable, can recommend this house with a clear conscience and would book it again. 5-Star ***** :-)
