We had the time of our lives at Ari’s place and made wonderful friends. Ari and Niina are incredibly kind hosts who made our trip smooth and unforgettable. Their peaceful home allowed us to fully relax and enjoy what we originally came to Lapland for: the snow. Ari is an exceptional host, he prepared breakfast for us every morning, was always available whenever we needed him, and personally drove us to and from all our activities. Thanks to him, we experienced incredible adventures, including visiting a reindeer farm, ice fishing, going on a husky safari, exploring the Arctic Snow Hotel, and witnessing breathtaking frozen waterfalls in the woods. Each activity was unique and truly special in its own way. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this Airbnb. Without a doubt, we will be back in the future! It was a one of a kind experience. Living in a house surrounded by the forest is something you need to experience in the Lapland. It has everything you need in the house with the beautiful nature around you. You get to live in the traditional Finnish way.

Amazing place and amazing host.

Very comfortable house with everthing easy to find for stay. With our own car, we drove directly to the yard and enjoyed Very good sauna. The fireplace was warmef already when we moved on and feel quite ay home. Her Sister is Very nice and hardworking person to show us how to feed their reindeers. Very nice experience as know how to cultavate the reindeers and why to let the free. We highly recommand this house with own car for travelling to stay.

We spent a fabulous week in this cozy little setting. The accommodation was perfect, clean, with all the necessary amenities and equipment and it enjoys a quiet and superb environment. Osmo was a proactive, available, and very responsive host. His recommendations were perfect! We would recommend it without hesitation and would be happy to come back!!!!

The place is amazing. It has been a success to choose this house. The area is super quiet and you can see auroras from the bedroom window, and from Kota, it's awesome. There are also snowshoes for a walk on the icy lake, and some very fun sleds. The host's treatment has been perfect. She explained everything to us very well and was very helpful in everything. She also recommended things to do. I showed interest in bathing in the lake and when we arrived, we had a hole prepared in the ice, that was the best of all. I would certainly go back again!

Our young family had a fantastic 5 nights stay at Päivi’s cosy Villa. It’s very private & peaceful, nestled amongst the trees and right by the lake, yet only a short & easy drive to the main town of Rovaniemi. The villa is spacious and well equipped, we loved the fire place, sauna and playroom for the kids. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for their own private accommodation with easy access to the local area.
