The Family had a wonderful time at Gail's place. It was just what we were looking for: a quiet, secluded base of operations during our stay. Waking up each morning to breathtaking views, exploring the super-cool shores, and wandering over to the nearby beach...perfection. Everyone loved pool time! Highly recommend the Margarita for families or groups.

Another terrific stay at the Bonney.! Water main replacement has been completed on Queen street and the surface is surprising smooth. Parking was never an issue. As always, the building, grounds and our room were perfect (we're not disclosing which one because we hope to book the same week next year!), and quiet. Brittany Sue and staff are extremely attentive. We had several memorable meals, including at old timers like Duggan's Reef, the Bombay Club and Rainbow Beach (now Rhythms). Very happy all are still going strong. Hamilton's, of course, and we finally got up to the Mt. Pellier Domino Club - not for the pigs, for the food and ambiance. St. George Village Botanical Garden and Estate Mt. Washington are stops we make on every trip.

This place is both beautiful and clean, which is very important to us. We were very comfortable in the space. Communication was outstanding both before and during the trip. Local recommendations were spot on! Opening the front and back slider doors creates an amazing cross breeze throughout the unit, which made us feel like we were on the beach with the unit so close to the water. We will be back!

Very easy to check in. The views are amazing!!!!! Liesel was very responsive and helpful. The place was nice and clean. The he breeze from the ocean was nice and the place felt very safe. We didn’t get to use the pool because we were out and about most days. There is a place nearby called Cheeseburger in “America’s” Paradise that had the best double smash burger we have ever eaten!!!! I highly recommend Liesel’s! One bite of caution: bring bug spray and cortisone! A few of us were victims of some sort of bug bites at the beaches; other than that, it was an amazing vacation!

Great communication start to finish. The host dropped a pin for us to find the property which was great b/c Google maps couldn’t find it with the address. The host was also flexible with our check-out which we greatly appreciated. The property & house are well maintained, clean and match the photos in the listing. There are a couple of things not mentioned in the listing that I think are crucial for guests to know up front: 1 - the water isn’t safe to drink or use and guests need to supply bottled water. We didn’t know this until the second day. When I reached out to the host they did bring some water by but there was none supplied at the start and no note that we needed it. 2 - bring earplugs. The neighbor has roosters living about 10ft from the bedrooms and they didn’t just crow early in the morning, they crowed all night too! We hardly slept our entire stay.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful space. It was actually better than expected. I wish we had more time to spend. We will definitely be back.

Suzette communicated well before our arrival and cont'd to do so even as our flight was delayed by over 6-hrs. I had a significant issue with AVIS, but Suzette got us transportation to the house at 8 PM and then welcomed us into the house. When I returned to the airport first thing the following morning, she was there to greet me and help in case of any issues. By the end, (she had) AVIS giving us an upgrade, as they discussed which Coquito was best! Suzette is very patient and considerate-an ANGEL! She helped us get acquainted with VLBrisa and answered any questions we might have quickly. The main living space has a 180-degree view, with Buck Island, etc, in the distance. Sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking on the property from the 2flr. My family loved having breakfast on the pool patio in the morning and enjoying a cocktail after dinner. On New Year's, we watched fireworks in two locations in VI/CDT, which was a great way to bring in the NY! Cheers & relax at VLBrisa!

Great place on the beach! It had everything we needed for a great vacation. We enjoyed the beach, hot tub. and pickleball courts. Would definitely stay again!

Overall the place was clean and in a nice location. It was next to the beach and also had a pool. There was some miscommunication with AirBnb for check-in but Richard was able to remedy right away.

This house is amazing. We had a wonderful time staying there. The house was spacious and nice, away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to communicate and access! I hope to see James again soon!
