Very good pied-à-terre to visit Madrid and the surroundings when you get home at night. Carefully decorated and well-equipped apartment, pleasant to occupy despite the few openings, very quiet. Good welcome. Good value.

Angel and Aurora, excellent hosts. Very attentive, very friendly. It was a nice stay and everything was very clean. The attention of 12 and we had even conversations hehe 😃 The game atmosphere of thrones is fantastic! It rewards the tranquility of the area a lot and it is also a warm home! Thank you✨

The apartment is located on the fourth and final floor (it does not have an elevator). The accommodation has two comfortable bedrooms with large wardrobes, a small but functional bathroom and a very large shower. The living room has a folding dining table and 2 comfortable sofas. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything you need. The house is completed by a beautiful terrace with a table with umbrella and bbq. The house is very quiet and no noise comes from the street (but we had the windows closed). The neighborhood where it is located is Usera, the china town of Madrid. Don't be scared by it, the neighborhood is really very characteristic and quiet. You can get to the center comfortably by metro or bus. Public transport works very well. Oussama is a very kind and precise host, available for all your requests but not at all intrusive. Thank you for hosting us

The stay was wonderful, the hosts were unbeatable, everything was easy and also super thoughtful, super nice Christmas ornaments made by them, they left us decorating congratulating the birthday of two of our friends… it was FANTASTIC

Exceptional experience, starting with attention and concern with arrival and check in. We had an early arrival and we felt the effort to meet us. We were very welcome at all times: arrival, communication, during the stay, in the change of bed linen and at the check out. We had a demand to change a lamp and get a curtain that fell down and we were promptly answered. The apartment is sensational, cozy, tasteful, great rooms. Bathrooms serve well and the kitchen as well. Everything worked perfectly. The balcony is a high point of the apartment. The neighborhood also helps with its quiet of being residential, but with plenty of choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. We love and will be back!

A very cozy very warm accommodation with an expectation, clean and tidy the location was great, you have 5 min walking restaurants but it is at the top of the village and it is very quiet the hot water worked super well had many utensils for cooking, the bed and pillow were very comfortable and the blinds closed completely, which for me is at least an important detail

In Japanese there is a word that defines this accommodation: Anaba. It means “hidden gem that only locals know about.” And in my vocabulary, an “anaba” would be something I would only share with a minimum number of people, in order to keep it to myself like Gollum. The house is such a unique place that it's hard to do it justice with descriptions or photos. And the magic it has cannot be understood without experiencing it. It's not just the decor, the views, the silence, or the setting. It is the love and personality of Emma and César that make it a true Anaba. A place where you feel free, welcome and at home. And you want it to stay for you so you can always go. The morning and evening ceramic moments putting the world in order with Caesar, the greatest privilege in a long time. I'm not going to fall into descriptions that make this place just another accommodation. It's an Anaba, which you can only understand when you experience it. And if you live it and don't understand it, a hug for you.

I loved the place for me and my dogs. Everything was spotless and Maria Victoria was always available to answer my questions.
