Quite spacious master bedroom. Simple house for short stay with Astro channel. Many local restaurants along the main road. All rooms with aircond is something that we are looking for 🤭🤭

The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!”

The host is super helpful and nice. He is willing to reply when there is any issues (which is not much) about the house. The house is suitable for light cooking. The host is very generous with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. You may also find more than salt and condiments in the fridge to be used. The best thing? Hands down the washer/dryer (for mums) and pool (for the children). No wifi, no problem. It’s good to touch the grass once a while 😊

It's a great place to stay. My family and I had the best time there. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The kitchen had a lockable halal cabinet, but sadly, there was no equipment in it. It is advised to keep the halal cabinet well maintained. Thank you Carlie for being a kind host. Definitely will come again.☺️

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and exactly as described, and the kids absolutely loved the swimming pool. Everything met our expectations. The only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, as it wasn’t cooling enough. Overall, a great experience!

Quiet and safe surrounding.

Rumah luas. Easy to communicate. Going to navigate is a little difficult to use maps, just remember it's near the shell.

Very nice, big, clean and very comfortable house. We like it very much… only a bit out from town area but not far though… Still , we will repeat if stay in Kuantan again 😬 as the owner is a very nice person to communicate with and helpful.

The house located in the heart of Kuantan, convenient and close to local attractions. Although the house has a old-style exterior, the interior is beautifully designed and well-renovated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness of the house is outstanding. The bathroom and kitchen floors are tiled with slip-resistant tiles, which add safety and comfort. I was particularly impressed with how spotless the floors were. The home equipped with all essential furniture along with complete bathroom amenities, kitchen utensils and even a water dispenser. Every furniture is in excellent condition. The interior looks even better than the current photos on the listing; I'd suggest the owner update the photos to reflect how clean and lovely the space truly is. I highly recommend booking this homestay.

Had a pleasant stay at Lee’s place . Very clean and cozy. Suitable for families with children. Less than 10 mins to Kuantan. Parking area can fit up to 3 to 4 cars.

the price is worth the homestay. perfect for family travel for those who walk near kuantan. drive in just 10 minutes. recommend for families because there are 3 rooms and it's worth it from booking a hotel. you can save money to walk near kuantan.

The homestay owner is so friendly and he allowed me and my family to check in early as soon as they cleaned the house. He also kept checking if I got any issues, good response from the owner. The house has a washing machine and a dryer. Both are working well and we were able to wash our clothes. We dont have to go out to find laundry services.

The place is so spacious - if you have a gathering of families - this is the place. Each room is big and comes with ensuite bath and AC - so there's comfort and privacy in each room, but you also get large family area upstairs, and large living area downstairs, complete with wet and dry kitchen in case you're dining in. You also feel secure, and the place is within a quiet, serene neighborhood. More time to spend indoors and bond!

Great host, very responsive and flexible

CpHomestay is a very comfy homestay. The house is very clean , big car patio to park your car. I love the 2 bathroom with shower and it’s good if u have a big group staying so u don’t need to fight for the bathroom. Big laundry area with a washing machine. The air cons are very powerful sufficient to cool the room on a hot weather and the bed is comfy and I had a very good rest there. Mr Tan the host is very proactive and responsive with messages and also friendly. He also gave a few local recommendations and I tried the restaurant he recommended and indeed it was good. I would recommend any potential guests to decide on this homestay as I felt right at home though u r away from home.!

The house was very clean and the host was extremely responsive. She provided clear instructions and followed up to ensure we checked in smoothly. All rooms had air conditioners and house were equipped with necessary appliances like a TV and fridge. The location is fantastic, being close to both Pantai Pelindung and Teluk Cempedak. She was very polite and accommodating throughout our stay. We felt very comfortable staying there.
