Good place to stay. The furniture was organized, the room was clean and the house was spacious. Not to forget it has water dispenser too. The host was actively responsive. I would recommend this homestay for those who are looking for private pool with reasonable price.

Host is very proactive. A lot of tips, and preparation on welcoming us. House is clean and perfect location.

We were very happy. Large space. Can cook and bbq. Big pool. Children very happy. Make sure to bring float for kids because the pool is 4 feet deep. For adults, it's just nice. comfortable room. All air conditioning included living hall. For big family who want to have a gathering,very highly recommended. Plus host is very responsive. Appreciate it. Plus point, its very private inside the house. Neigbours cannot see trough.

Quiet and safe surrounding.

The villa is amazing! Love the design and the house layout. The hall and rooms are spacious, there are lots of things to do which is very great as we only plan to stay in most of the days. The housekeeper is very responsive and assisted us a lot with our queries and help needed. only the downside for this trip that the swimming pool was not clean and the kids could not enjoy :( it was unfortunate but Edward was really kind to compensate us :) Tqvm Edward and team. it was a great stay indeed :)

Rumah luas. Easy to communicate. Going to navigate is a little difficult to use maps, just remember it's near the shell.

My second time stayed at this homestay. Me and my friends stay there for more than 2 weeks. Mr. Lee also provided housekeeping and laundry services (different package price) which was very convenient for us. Very good hospitality services by the host. Fully recommended for those who looked for peaceful neighbourhood and gated community.

Mr.Helmi's place is much better than what is shown in picture. The place is really spacious and really clean & comfortable. Everything provided is perfect! Will definitely repeat again if I come in the area 👍

I recently stayed at Lee's house and had a fantastic experience. The place was incredibly clean and had a lovely fragrance throughout, making it feel very welcoming. The space comfortably accommodated our group of eight, with plenty of room to relax. One of the highlights was the ample parking available, easily fitting two vehicles. Additionally, the location was perfect-close to town, which made exploring local attractions convenient. I highly recommend lee's house for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay!

The place is so spacious - if you have a gathering of families - this is the place. Each room is big and comes with ensuite bath and AC - so there's comfort and privacy in each room, but you also get large family area upstairs, and large living area downstairs, complete with wet and dry kitchen in case you're dining in. You also feel secure, and the place is within a quiet, serene neighborhood. More time to spend indoors and bond!

The house was very clean and the host was extremely responsive. She provided clear instructions and followed up to ensure we checked in smoothly. All rooms had air conditioners and house were equipped with necessary appliances like a TV and fridge. The location is fantastic, being close to both Pantai Pelindung and Teluk Cempedak. She was very polite and accommodating throughout our stay. We felt very comfortable staying there.
