It is the 2nd time we have stayed here, this time with some friends and their dogs. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and took advantage of all the amenities, backyard games, and the hot tub. Small issue with the coffee maker the first morning but it was handled quickly. Loved the airbnb being dog friendly and not too far from main street.

My husband and I visited Fredericksburg for the 1st time to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, & the new year. From the moment we arrived - we were impressed! We are BIG on details, & they far exceeded our expectations. The theater room was so cozy & cute. The entire home was so clean. They had comfy blankets since it was cold. The sofa and loveseat in the living room were the most comfortable. They gave clear instructions on everything. It was incredibly private & peaceful. They had a nice collection of DVD’s & games. They even left us New Year headbands & the MOST delicious cookies! Everything from start to finish was perfect! The 1st night we arrived, we noticed the outdoor string lights weren’t working. We reached out to the hosts…& they were so quick to respond, & incredibly kind! The gentleman they sent over helped…& even gave recommendations to us, since it was our 1st time visiting! The only upsetting part? The fact that we had to leave! Such a perfect spot! Thank you guys again!♥️

This was our fifth stay at this lovely place in two years, so we are clearly enthusiasts! And our dog, Reyna, loved the fenced back area, where she could run zoomies to her hearts delight. And we could sit on the deck, with morning coffee, and listen to birdsong.

We booked for Family Weekend at Texas State. The property was about 15 minutes from campus. The river access was a plus! The property provided access to floats and a kayak which was great for the kids. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

We were in town to attend the MotoGP races at COTA from F-Sun and we needed a place to crash. This ended up being an amazing location to both get there and get back with minimal traffic as the majority of attendees stay in Downtown Austin which we wanted to avoid. The house is as pictured and we were satisfied with the provided amenities. The neighborhood is super quiet and if you are a bird lover be sure to sit on the back porch in the early morning/sunset times and you will be in for an auditory treat. Everything is provided for and there is lots of space for whatever your desired needs are while in the space. The hot tub rocks as well. Thank you for a lovely stay, we loved it!
