Condo vacation rentals in Pecos River

Our stay was great! We booked last minute and have 3 little ones. The space was perfect for our family and nanny. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go and it was great to have a washer/dryer on site. I agree it would be awesome if there was a smart lock rather than having to pickup and drop off the keys at the management office but the process was fairly easy.

The place is beautiful, cozy, lots of social spaces, super clean, the love for interior decoration is noticeable in every corner of the house, the kitchen is very well equipped, I would definitely come back.

The host was informative and proactive with anything to make your stay better! The place was large and allowed our family to spread out. The wild horses were a treat! And everything is nearby.

Super place in a great Santa Fe location! It was wonderful to have a comfortable homelike place to come back to after a long day hiking and enjoying the sights. My only complaint/comment would be that the interior needs a little TLC. There were many handles missing in the bathrooms, and the countertop in the second bathroom needs to be repaired. There were hooks on walls that had no pictures. Better linens, especially on the beds, would also be a small investment that would bring this property up to match its price.

Our 2nd stay. We really enjoy the place. Comfy, quite, well stocked, easy to get to the plaza or any other part of town. Will be staying here again.

This place exceeded our expectations for our New Years ski trip! The condo was spacious and clean, with two cute balconies and an excellently equipped kitchen. We had two adults and two grown kids in our party, and we had plenty of lounge and dining space in the common areas. We cooked several meals, and had everything we needed including pots, pans, pyrex, and food storage. Coffee, tea, and basic spices were stocked. The location was great! Walking distance to The Plaza, shops and restaurants. we could see the NYE fireworks from the living room, so we didn’t have to go out at midnight in the cold. It was super safe with an entry gate at the driveway and keypad entry. We cant thank Lois enough, and hope to return next year!

This house was fantastic and in a perfect location close to everything. The gated entry and parking added extra convenience and security, making the stay even better. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again when I'm in the Lubbock area.

After looking at the reviews of some hotels in the area we deciding to check on airbnb and we're excited to find Pat's apartment. It was clean and he went the extra mile proving Snacks, water, and coffee :) wifi worked great. Highly recommend!

We had another great stay at this Airbnb during our business trip. This location has consistently been a great place for us, and it's always a pleasure to return. This time, we encountered a slight snag at a terrible time, that was out of Jennifer’s control , but as always our wonderful host, went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved to everyone’s liking. Her commitment to providing an exceptional experience truly sets this place apart. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay! We’ll be back again soon.

I decided to go to Santa Fe for a couple of weeks for remote work. This Airbnb checked all the boxes - affordable in a good location close to downtown, a kitchen & a working space for my computer and monitor, and a place where we could bring our dog along. Two good sized bedrooms, one with a nice sized desk, a perfect set up for me. WiFi was reliable and fast. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of dishes and assorted cooking pans & utensils, full oven & cooktop, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. Everything you need for a 2 week stay. Queen size beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets for the cool SF nights. Ceiling fans in all rooms. A lot of thought was put into setting this place up - some nice artwork, power strips by all the bedstands and the desk, DirectTV. It's an easy 10-15 min walk to the SF downtown Rail Yard through older historic neighborhoods, 10 min walk to groceries. Plenty of parking. Jason was easy to communicate with and highly responsive. Great place to stay!

Great place to stay nestled in between cloudcroft and Alamogordo with a lot to do in those areas.

The place exceeded expectations. Lynn was extremely responsive for any questions I had. Check-in was easy as well as checkout process. Place was extremely clean and was perfect location for nearby family. Loved the snacks, coffee and small details like shampoo and soap provided. Park was close-by for dog walks multiple times per day. Would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and great location of this property. Very easy to get around to do all of our favorite sightseeing AND eating.

Great location for easy access to pretty much anywhere in Santa Fe plus the sunset view from the Cross across the road was spectacular.

This is a definite place to stay for all the reasons stated. The sunsets were amazing, the view so realxing. The home had everything you needed and then some. It was bright and airy. We had great weather. There is so much to do there ~ all the shops and boutiques, Sound Bowl Healing, Salt Cave and Ionic Foot Bath. And the food ~~ Thomasitas and Pasquales are a must-go to ~ great southwestern fare. Cannot wait to go back and stay longer !

Beautiful large house with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms. Wonderful pool. Great views!
