Cabin vacation rentals in Pecos

This beautiful cabin was the perfect place to celebrate our 41st. Anniversary. It was also close enough to Sante Fe that we were able to visit our Son. The sound of the river was so peaceful and relaxing. The drive up Pecos canyon is breathtaking. To top it all off the fishing was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. The hosts were very friendly to work with and thought of everything in how they set the cabin up. We travel with our two dogs so appreciated the dog dishes and dog bed supplied. The outside area was perfect and so relaxing! We would love to stay here again!

Lisa was such an amazing hostess! There was a slight problem with the water and she got it taken care of right away! She communicated with us every step of the way and even reimbursed us for 1 night, due to inconvenience ... not very many people would do that.. THANK YOU Lisa for such a great experience, Like I said before.. we APPRECIATE you so much!

We had such a great and relaxing stay. Can’t wait to come back in the summer months to enjoy the river access even more!

We have so many good things to say about our week at Serenity cabin! It was the perfect getaway from the chaos of modern living. The cabin was the perfect size, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the view was spectacular. Our neighbors (sheep, cattle, ravens, and dogs) were friendly and welcoming. Carla & crew raise sheep, cattle, and have fresh eggs. We highly recommend purchasing meat and eggs from the ranch — the quality is fantastic. There are plenty of trails for walking, and we made it a week without leaving the property! Some things to consider bringing along — folding lawn chairs (we spent a lot of time just sitting outside), a sweatshirt or lightweight jacket (you’ll be at 8500’, so it’s cool at night), and a crock pot. (We made some spectacular chili using ground beef we purchased from Carla). The road up is steep, but manageable with a high clearance vehicle (truck/SUV), and absolutely worth it! We will be back.

We loved our stay amidst the quiet of the pines! We chose to do a screen detox by watching zero TV and staying off our phones - the kitchen was spacious for slowing down and baking something special, the couch was comfy for reading books, and soaking in the hot tub while some light snow fell was magical. Tending the wood stove for heat was my husband's favorite thing! The memory foam bed was a bit firm for us and we would have liked some light blocking curtains for sleeping in. Overall the cabin was lovely and thoughtfully put together, and we would stay again.

the view, the location was awesome. It is a cabin in a canyon, on a mountain. it is not " resort living". We enjoyed it! The hosts we wonderful and very prompt to respond.

What a beautiful place to stay. Gabriel and Ramona were absolutely amazing, they greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property. This was just what my family and I needed to start our spring break. It was peaceful and quiet and we even went into the river though it was rather cold it was enjoyable. We will definitely stay again :)

Great modern cabin. Tranquil place to hang out. Go for a hike up the road or just lounge on the deck(s) and chill to the sounds of the forest and trickling creek. 20 minutes to town and all it has to offer.
