Villa vacation rentals in Pearl Islands

Nice concept with several villas sharing a common courtyard. Price was high, but that was likely due to it being New Year’s Eve. Host is very communicative, and Jean was very friendly and helpful. Arrival and departure transportation was a nice touch.

The house is idyllically located directly on the beach and very well equipped (applies to all areas). Two bedrooms are huge and have the level of an upscale honeymoon. The other two bedrooms are very nice too but smaller. There is, among other things, a large, beautiful living room overlooking the pool, jacuzzi and beach with sea. We stayed there with 5 adults and 2 children and felt very comfortable all around. The owner Matthias was very friendly in advance (was not on site himself) and on site Patrice, who has lived on the island for a long time (and speaks perfect English, among other things) was very friendly and excellently about everything logistical (ride from the ferry to the house and back and exploring the island, boat trips to neighboring islands). Suli and Jonathan (only speak Spanish) were on site and very accommodatingly took care of the everyday needs (shopping, questions about the accommodation). One of a Frenchman

Where do I begin? My bf and I stayed here for almost a week. We are both writers who value peace and quiet. This was perfect for us. There are no loud boats. The beach never had more than 5 people on it. The French restaurant next door is delicious and reasonably priced and we ate there every night. Hanik is a wonderful host who cares about the experiences of her guests. Though she offered us many tour options we preferred to swim and take walks through the jungle paths to the many beautiful and remote beaches, examine tide pools on the rocks, and use her snorkel equipment to check out the abundant wildlife right on her beach. Her place is very clean and comfortable. great shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Robes! And good lighting, which is so important. We used Hanik’s personal shopper to help us transport our groceries to the island; he was very kind and helpful and got us everything we needed for breakfast and lunch! A great experience.

Robert’s place was amazing. The views to the ocean were breathtaking. You wake up listening to the singing of birds. The pool and the views are the greatest assets, and we really enjoyed the house. He responded to our questions promptly and even sent someone to help us figure out a few things. The house is surrounded by vegetation and near a 10-minute path to the beach. If you love privacy, great views and nature, this is your place. Be prepared and take as many things with you. The small grocery stores are working a 30 minutes walk (or more). You can pay 10.00 for a return taxi ride to the store but be prepared to pay a lot more for everything as this is a secluded island. There is a restaurant (La Choza) nearby at the beach which we really enjoyed and they delivered pizza to the Airbnb. The one time we went to the beach, it had a lot of debris and other items like bottle caps and shoes floating which was not ideal, but the house itself was amazing.

This has been my fourth stay at Villa 24. Love the island as a great place to unwind from urban life. Great place to base yourself for a relaxing time.

The host was very kind and quick to response. Her coordination was perfect. Also, The staff there were very supportive. We enjoyed our stay. The location of the property was great. It faces to the beautiful white beach and it was almost private.

The house is in a fantastic location! It has plenty of space and great amenities! You have a view of the sea, in about 2 minutes on the beach, where there is a super delicious restaurant and you are surrounded by beautiful plants and many different animals. A paradise for the children and nature-loving people!! We loved staying here!

Excellent place and host I highly recommend Villa Noelia, the staff and the place was amazing

I can’t say enough about how great this place is. The view is spectacular and the Airbnb was really clean. Carlos was always available to drop us off and pick us up at various locations throughout the island. Nodriatis kept our room very clean and even did a load of laundry for us. Rodrigo the chef is very talented. Do not leave this island without trying his lobster in Coconut curry! While on the island make sure to try Casa Tortuga (Amazing Italian food made by an Italian transplant) and Gerald’s (delicious German food). I can’t say enough about how great this Airbnb and island are!
