the place is wonderful and maintained promptly. our family enjoyed the stay. The place was very calm and quiet free from dust. Morning you will be waked to the sounds of birds(they will knock in the doors and windows). it was a first time experience for me as well as my family. The place was super clean and kitchen was fully equipped. Mr.Philip was happy to help us through out the trip giving the best directions to reach the place . Felt like home.

If you are travelling with your parents, you can't ask for something better than this. I parents loved it and especially our host Shaun. He is one of the best hosts I have ever interacted with. About the place: It's like home away from home. Shaun made sure every morning we got local home cooked Kerala cuisine, which served as a boost for the day. The place was clean and upto hotel standards and the best part was the terrace which served as a room for heartfelt conversations. Would definitely book next time too :)

Had a delightful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops and restaurants. The host especially Mr Thomas and Thusara was incredibly accommodating, providing clear instructions and quick responses. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and full of character. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and amenities that made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a decent stay in a prime location.

Place was quite comfortable and the host Jose and Rajan were very friendly and quite responsive everytime. The hosts has treadtrd us very well even when we were running late for checkin. Definitely recommneded 100% for families stay at the property.

We had a great time staying at the place ! It has beautiful views and calmness all around. Peaceful mornings and nights. The host Samjana is absolutely wholesome and welcoming! She took care of all the things and helped us with easy check in and check out. She also gave great recommendations for food around! The air bnb is an architectural art. So beautifully designed and has great lighting, sufficient bedding and other arrangements. Definitely coming back just to relax and unwind here ! Worth the money. Thanks for hosting us @Samjana ! It was actually a very good stay, we both enjoyed very much and it was peaceful, and the surroundings where good. Everything provided by the host was very well appreciated, and the main part of the stay was, the breakfast they provided was tasty and it was like a homely feel. The room was very neat and looked apt to the pictures posted. Very cozy and homely stay. The common sharing area has a cozy corner where we spend some time reading books and working. The place is very close to the cliff and almost most of the restaurants are accessible by walk. Babu is very responsive and he also helped recommending us activities to do nearby. He has connections so getting local transport(scooty, auto) to go elsewhere also isn’t a hassle. The caretakers are also very helpful. All in all a great place to stay and worth every penny we paid.
