Vacation rentals with a patio in Pavia

Great to wake up in the morning and see the mountains. Quiet area even on the evening return. Even though I was alone, I was very quiet, especially because the house is super quiet. Close to downtown served by subway just 20 minutes away. I'll be back as soon as I can. Simona is really accommodating

Host was very helpful in terms of checking in. Very responsive. The apartment itself was exactly as described, spotless and the views from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Very close to the metro and tram stop and a nice little shopping centre about a minute walk from the apartment which was convenient for us as we needed a few bits. Overall had a pleasant stay and will stay again when in the city 😇

Fantastic place to stay. Marina and her son greeted us on arrival and were super friendly and welcoming. The place itself was spotless and looked even better than the photos. It was decorated beautifully and had a lot of charm so we felt at home right away. The neighbourhood was quiet but close to all amenities one could need. I highly recommend this place.

A perfect stay at Davide's! I was looking for a place near San Siro and this apartment exceeded my expectations. The bedding is amazing, of exceptional quality, and the apartment is super functional. Everything is thought out down to the last detail: whether in the kitchen or bathroom, everything is available, which makes the stay very convenient and enjoyable. In addition, Davide is very kind and very helpful. You can book without a second thought, I recommend it 100%!

Very cozy ,modern ,tastefully furnished studio. Located in the greenery and on the top floor of a building, it is extremely bright and quiet, despite being within walking distance of all useful services and the vehicle that takes you directly to the center. The hosts are great. They welcomed us very warmly and accommodated us with everything. It was a very pleasant arrival and everything went smoothly. The place was fine, there's nothing to complain about. What I perceive as worse, but that's not the host's fault, is the location. There is nothing to see in the area, plus there is a fairly dirty metro station. Otherwise, everything was fine. We were in the center in 15 minutes by subway. That's fine.

Very nice accommodation located in the middle of the countryside. Quiet, rustic area. Very helpful and kind owners, they immediately put us at ease and gave us a lot of flexibility regarding checkout to start the day in extreme tranquility.

An incredible host. Always present when needed, is interested in the good of visitors and very accommodating. A very quick response from them if there's anything else you need. As for the house, She is very friendly quite quiet and easy to find. Comfortable bed for me with a small mosquito net. Neighbors are nice. For my part, I found this place at the last minute and absolutely do not regret it.

A great apartment, spacious and very clean. Fantastic comfy beds, great kitchen space. Super responsive host answered any questions really quickly and so helpful before and our stay. The apartment is located in a great area, easy walk to city centre and the playground for the children and also free parking around the house.
