Our stay was very pleasant! The apartment is large, the rooms are spacious and everything is just like in the pictures. The auto check in with electronic lock is very practical, the bedding was clean and smelling, the towels were carefully bagged as if we were in a hotel! Fran always responded quickly when we sent a message or wanted to ask any questions. The resistance of the electric shower from the social bathroom was broken, but promptly our host sent an electrician who exchanged the part in a matter of minutes after contact. The apartment is in a prime area of Campinas, very close to the Taquaral Park and the surroundings have restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, all very close and practical! I will certainly stay in this apartment again if I return to the city. I highly recommend it!

The studio is extremely cozy. It was all very clean and fragrant. The Hosts were receptive and kind. My stay was great and I definitely recommend it to those who are passing through Campinas!

Very beautiful and cozy space, I felt super at ease. I went alone on this trip and the ap supplied me well, it is a medium and very functional space, with necessary equipment (stove, microwave, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, etc.). I did everything on foot, close to market, restaurant, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, bakery. Very safe,quiet, clean and organized. Simone is a sweetheart, received me super well, indicated places, was very attentive. The staff and residents of the very educated building, the caretaker is a sympathy in person. My stay was very happy, I was super satisfied. I definitely recommend the apartment and the neighborhood are a beauty and Simone is very welcoming.

Voltaria for sure, despite not having air conditioning the apartment is well airy mt, and the fans are excellent. Luiz is super attentive and proactive, a great host. I highly recommend it!

I just spend a weekend at Rita’s Chacara, and I had an excellent time. From the beginning Rita was very available to answer to my questions and helped me finding what in needed. She has been very flexible with the checking and check out. The house is just perfect for spending a WE with friends and family. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The BBQ zone provides a comfortable place to stay , cook and prepare churrasco. I loved the garden, full of trees, flowers , life. And very quiet. The place has great energy. It has been a very pleasant time. Me and my guest we all felt home Rita has been a great and very friendly host. I’ll come for sure next time I’ll be in Paulínia.

Incredible Wal and Hélio Experience are amazing, welcoming, helpful people I felt at home. The place is beautiful wooded, organized, clean and wide, I felt very comfortable and comfortable. Great quiet and comfortable room. The collective spaces are comfortable and with a beautiful decoration. Hosts are always available to assist with any need. The neighborhood is peaceful and very beautiful. It has market, pharmacy and nearby restaurants. At night we have bars and places for leisure. I thank you for all the affection and I will certainly host again.

My stay was excellent. Especially Waldirene, her husband and son. Very helpful, friendly, affectionate.; so too, renters. On the other hand, the house is beautiful; its trees, pool and environments have an unforgettable relationship of relaxation and tranquility. The maid service, very good. Finally, I really liked that spirit of camaraderie between the owners and tenants. It would seem that Waldirenene, through friendly gatherings (birthdays; welcome and/or goodbye, etc. ) would pretend to fill that void that one feels when away from home....Thank you Waldirene....!

Flat clean and well-organized; good communication with the host, with good food and tour tips in the city; well considerate local staff; flexible checkout; we would definitely return . Note: For people with limited mobility, watch out because there are 2 flights of stairs and there is no elevator.

I rented it to my in-laws and they loved too much, they want to come back other times, the education of the owners is amazing, very friendly and kind, they can rent without fear.

Our stay was great, the apartment was exactly what we were looking for, it is close to the main landmarks, walking. The street is quiet mt even left the car in front of the building and I had no problems. Hosts are very cordial and have made no effort to help us even with things that had nothing to stay, but because they were old residents in the city we were willing to help us.
