From the beginning, communication with José Renato was super pleasant, kind and fast. Including with the concierge of the building, very kind! We love the space, we feel at home and I - particularly - loved the decoration of the room, the carpet and the good taste of musical rs. The plants and windows make the property airy and very bright. The very equipped and functional kitchen and the mattress is firm and great to rest. The parking space is covered - great! And the view of the apart is a show apart at amanhacer. We made the city Half Marathon and the start distance was less than 350 m. It was perfect and we recommend it to the next guests. We will definitely return!

Our stay was very pleasant! The apartment is large, the rooms are spacious and everything is just like in the pictures. The auto check in with electronic lock is very practical, the bedding was clean and smelling, the towels were carefully bagged as if we were in a hotel! Fran always responded quickly when we sent a message or wanted to ask any questions. The resistance of the electric shower from the social bathroom was broken, but promptly our host sent an electrician who exchanged the part in a matter of minutes after contact. The apartment is in a prime area of Campinas, very close to the Taquaral Park and the surroundings have restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, all very close and practical! I will certainly stay in this apartment again if I return to the city. I highly recommend it!

Very beautiful and cozy space, I felt super at ease. I went alone on this trip and the ap supplied me well, it is a medium and very functional space, with necessary equipment (stove, microwave, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, etc.). I did everything on foot, close to market, restaurant, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, bakery. Very safe,quiet, clean and organized. Simone is a sweetheart, received me super well, indicated places, was very attentive. The staff and residents of the very educated building, the caretaker is a sympathy in person. My stay was very happy, I was super satisfied. I definitely recommend the apartment and the neighborhood are a beauty and Simone is very welcoming.
