All good as always. It was my third time there. It’s not the newest apartment, but there is something that makes me feel at home instantly. Only negative point, but this is not the owners vault - one of the two elevators that are reaching the floor of the apartment was out of order. So, calling the elevator took a little more time than usual. This is, of course, just a temporary condition.

The stay at the place was excellent!! The apartment is large, it was clean and organized. All rooms as described in the listing. Clean bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable!!! The kitchen is equipped with the necessary. What caught our attention was the tranquility of the neighborhood. Very quiet, excellent for rest and concentration for studies or work. There are nearby supermarket and pharmacy, we walked. It is also near the park Taquaral, about 15-20 min walking. Communication with the host was great, it resolved all questions. We recommend staying!!

The stay was very good, Luiz always responded quickly and was proactive in resolving issues with the stay. The place is very comfortable, it meets your needs. The only thing is that I went by car and there was no parking space in the garage, but the street is safe, there are several buildings which makes it safer to park the car on the street and you can also park at the Oxxo on the corner. In short, the stay met expectations and everything we needed.

It was a pleasure to stay at Regina's house, with its calm and cozy atmosphere. The room we stayed was bright, comfy, with a large bed (sofa) and a table for work/studies, there was some space to put clothes, books, etc. The house is very close to LNLS, like 15-20 mins walking, and the bus station is right behind the backyard door. Regina was very nice to us and always ready to help. Totally recomended for long and short term stays!

Incredible Wal and Hélio Experience are amazing, welcoming, helpful people I felt at home. The place is beautiful wooded, organized, clean and wide, I felt very comfortable and comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and very beautiful. It has market, pharmacy and nearby restaurants. At night we have bars and places for leisure. A cozy apartment, extremely clean and organized the wonderful beds to sleep, safe and had everything we needed in the kitchen! Tb and smelling clean bedding and bath towels, very close to the viracopos airport! We love it!

We are very pleased with the accommodation. The space is exactly like the pictures and it was super clean, organized and equipped to make us feel comfortable and at home. The location is excellent, next to the main square of Serra Negra and close to several shops and restaurants. Mrs. Fatima and Mr. José Carlos were very attentive, they always answered us quickly and were very gentle in making the check-out time more flexible according to our needs. We will definitely be staying with them on an upcoming trip to Serra Negra.

Everything you need in an Airbnb, you find in this stay. Bed linens, towels, covers, iron, airfryer, microwave, kitchen utensils and even bathroom items such as soap. Excellent cleanliness, check-in instructions. The place is exactly like in the pictures, it is not so small, it comfortably accommodates guests. Great value.

I stayed another week at the place and it couldn't be better. Clean bedroom and bathroom, in addition to the host being very nice and making you feel at home. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet, so you can leave your car outside without worrying. I'll be back for sure if I need to again.
