Vacation rentals with a patio in Paugus Bay

This was a great space and perfect location for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) and dog to visit local family. Apartment was well-maintained and supplied. We brought an inflatable twin mattress to place in the walk-in closet, which worked fine. Key pad lock access worked on the first try. As the description says, good neighborhood for dog walks . The fenced side yard also provided a good place for our dog to be off leash during daylight hours. We would return here.

Short walk to town on rail trail right next to apartment. Very responsive host. Apartment was clean and neat. Perfect for 2 people.

Comfortable condo. Location convenient to Bank of NH, which was the reason for our trip to the area. The chairs on the balcony weren't comfortable to sit in, so we didn't really use it. If you have mobility issues, avoid booking a reservation at any of the condos in this complex. There are steep stairs down to the entrance, and then you have to go up the stairs into the condo. It wasn't a big deal for us. Otherwise, we would likely stay here again.

Very nice and clean. The place is very convenient that it is close both to the town and the Loon mountain. Less than 5 minutes drive. We had a great time during our stay.

Our family truly enjoyed staying at Jenna’s condo! It was clean, cozy, and everything we were looking for! The beds were very comfortable, and the back deck with the view of the river was amazing! We enjoyed leaving the sliding door open and listening to the water from the river, it was very relaxing! Jenna was very responsive and had clear instructions laid out for us! Her condo is in the best spot possible; tucked away from the main road where it was quiet and very close to all that Lincoln had to offer! There were ample towels, and the bathrooms were roomy with amazing water pressure! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and we loved the open floor plan, which allowed us to be able to cook, dine and hang out in the living room without missing out on any conversation, conversations and being able to see everyone at the same time! We will definitely come back in the summertime as there is a pool there , and would definitely love to swim in the river as well when it’s warm!

We have stayed at places in North Conway for many years and this property was the best by far! All the amenities were there as described, and Jeremiah & Lisseth were excellent hosts responding to my questions quickly and friendly !

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. The house was clean, had lots of amenities, and Caitlin was very responsive to my questions. We had an amazing time at our concert, Weirs Beach, and hiking in different areas. Looking forward to booking with her again. Thank you!

I booked this home since the description said a charming sun filled home. It was sun filled & charming, clean & cozy, beautifully updated kitchen & two bathrooms, great off street private parking... the perfect spot for our family to spend a much needed weekend together! Thank you so much Daniel!!

Rob was a great host and drove at night to help us get into one of the bedrooms that we got locked out of because the key was missing to unlock the door. He was friendly when he arrived and was willing to help us. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area. Beautiful, clean house and exceeded our expectations.

Melinda’s place was great for a private & cozy Fall getaway. Secluded enough, but still nearby some great hikes. Her instructions were communicated clearly and her place was clean & as described. I would stay again.

Perfect space for a weekend getaway as a couple. The place was clean and stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. The location was quiet and walkable to all the bars, restaurants, and water.

We had a great time at Lena’s place! The living room couch was very comfortable, we were right by the water and loved that there was a kayak/paddle boards available to use! The house and the location were great!

Great location. Perfect space. Super clean. Perfect size for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) as kids slept on the pull out couch. Right in the middle of “downtown” with walking access to shops and restaurants. Steve was so quick to respond to any questions and had great communication. Will for sure stay here on our next family trip.

Lisa was great and her condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! Updated compared to other condos we’ve been to in that complex! Everything was comfortable, would love to be back in warm weather!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. The ski shuttle was just outside the main entry, making it super easy to hit the slopes. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after skiing all day. Cristyn was very responsive and helpful with our questions. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful, quiet stay! There’s so much to do within 15 minutes even in the winter. We went fishing, hiking, bowling, shopping and tried a few wonderful restaurants. We had everything we could’ve needed and the bed sheets were so cozy 😍 We will definitely come back and recommend to friends!

We had such a wonderful time in Lincoln, going to the journey to the North Pole train ride. It was a great place to come back and decompress. Go swimming, Jacuzzi time, watch Christmas movies and just spend time together. The view of the river was the icing on the cake!
