Absolutely amazing! Incredibly comfortable, VERY responsive host, sweet neighbors. Everything in the unit the is new. Plus, it’s quiet and relaxing with great WiFi. I was able to work remotely on video calls without any issues. I will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed this AirBnB, right on the Rail Trail which was perfect for a few days of cross country skiing and it is also a short walking distance to into town. Although it snowed quite a bit, and the temps were single digits, we were cozy and warm with easy access to our car as the snow was frequently plowed and walkways were shoveled. Ruth’s place has a well stocked kitchen and the bathroom was immaculate. Bed was very comfy. Ruth was quick to respond to questions and communication was great. Will keep this as a favorite for future trips!

We had a great stay! The hosts were so kind and communicative. The Airbnb is quite nice, very clean, and close to anything you’d want in Henniker. The town is so charming, and we had a blast skiing Pat’s Peak. We will definitely return!

Comfortable condo. Location convenient to Bank of NH, which was the reason for our trip to the area. The chairs on the balcony weren't comfortable to sit in, so we didn't really use it. If you have mobility issues, avoid booking a reservation at any of the condos in this complex. There are steep stairs down to the entrance, and then you have to go up the stairs into the condo. It wasn't a big deal for us. Otherwise, we would likely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this place. It was perfect for our 3 day trip to ski and visit the area. I was excited to see they added a gym also to the lodge as well. Will definitely book again!

This place was amazing ! From the location , to pets being aloud, to plenty of space, to the hot tub room ! This place did not disappoint! Close to everything and the host was amazing ! From answering all my questions to helping me decorate the place for my wife’s 30th before our arrival! This will be my new NOCO rental for sure ! Thanks for everything !

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. We stayed here during a family wedding at a camp on the lake -- it was the perfect location, very peaceful, and fit our family (toddlers and infants included) more than comfortably. Colleen was a great host and extremely responsive to all our questions. Def recommend!

From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. The house was clean, had lots of amenities, and Caitlin was very responsive to my questions. We had an amazing time at our concert, Weirs Beach, and hiking in different areas. Looking forward to booking with her again. Thank you!

Helder was an amazing Airbnb host! The home was even more beautiful than the photos, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The huge TVs were a major plus, and the high-quality cooking supplies made it feel just like home. I highly recommend this place for a great stay! Looking forward to booking here again.

We had a fantastic vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee! The lake was stunning, and the surrounding area offered so many activities to enjoy. The accommodations were comfortable, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. Despite a few rainy days, we made the most of our time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

My partner and I had the best time here! We loved every second of it and didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect size and very cozy. Joshua was an extremely nice host. He responded to my concerns or questions in a timely manner, and was just overall really nice and welcoming. Would definitely book again!

Cute, very clean and well equipped place! Nicely decorated. Very good location. Quiet and safe.

The whole building was very clean. The apartment was comfortable for four people. Shops and restaurants were just across the parking lot. The view off the deck was lovely!

We booked Gregory’s condo on the same day that we arrived! He gave us the instructions for check in right away and it was smooth sailings. Kids enjoyed the pool and the 10 min shuttle to Loon mountain was easy! Great stay.

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.
