Absolutely amazing! Incredibly comfortable, VERY responsive host, sweet neighbors. Everything in the unit the is new. Plus, it’s quiet and relaxing with great WiFi. I was able to work remotely on video calls without any issues. I will definitely be back!

Short walk to town on rail trail right next to apartment. Very responsive host. Apartment was clean and neat. Perfect for 2 people.

Comfortable condo. Location convenient to Bank of NH, which was the reason for our trip to the area. The chairs on the balcony weren't comfortable to sit in, so we didn't really use it. If you have mobility issues, avoid booking a reservation at any of the condos in this complex. There are steep stairs down to the entrance, and then you have to go up the stairs into the condo. It wasn't a big deal for us. Otherwise, we would likely stay here again.

This was our second stay at Loni’s cozy condo and we had another wonderful weekend. The Lodge at Lincoln Station and surrounding area has always been a favorite of mine growing up. The condo was cute, cozy and had everything we needed! We love the bed up in the loft, it was so comfy. The hosts left great and clear instructions for every amenity and check in/check out. We had a small issue with the cable on Friday night and Loni responded right away and called the cable company and got everything working! We were soo thankful. A few of the most popular restaurants in the area were within walking distance of the condo. We love the common man! We will definitely be staying again in the future, thanks again for hosting us!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was just what we needed for a one night stay. The host met us the day of check in and allowed us an early check in. The host was very responsive and made us feel at home. Highly recommend this listing and host

We had a wonderful stay. The house is absolutely amazing. Very spacious, clean, homey, just as described. Quality furniture, house decor, towels, etc. Great hot tub in garage. The only down side was not a very big back yard and not a lot of privacy from houses next to each side of house. However, we loved it enough to go back again next year!

We have stayed at places in North Conway for many years and this property was the best by far! All the amenities were there as described, and Jeremiah & Lisseth were excellent hosts responding to my questions quickly and friendly !

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. Thank you Christine & Corey.

We stayed here during a family wedding at a camp on the lake -- it was the perfect location, very peaceful, and fit our family (toddlers and infants included) more than comfortably. Colleen was a great host and extremely responsive to all our questions. Def recommend!

From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. The house was clean, had lots of amenities, and Caitlin was very responsive to my questions. We had an amazing time at our concert, Weirs Beach, and hiking in different areas. Looking forward to booking with her again. Thank you!

Melinda’s place was great for a private & cozy Fall getaway. Secluded enough, but still nearby some great hikes. Her instructions were communicated clearly and her place was clean & as described. I would stay again.

We had a fantastic vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee! The lake was stunning, and the surrounding area offered so many activities to enjoy. The accommodations were comfortable, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. Despite a few rainy days, we made the most of our time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

This cozy studio space is exactly what my partner and I were looking for— With the room key, you get access to everything the lodge has to offer (pool, hot tub, sauna, arcade, and more!) Steve gave suggestions for local vegetarian eats and made sure our check-in went smoothly after a long drive through a winter storm. Overall great spot and a great weekend ✨

This place was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend staying here! The apartment had everything we needed—plenty of towels, bathroom essentials, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine with creamers and sugar. It was such a nice touch! They even provided games and puzzles, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for hosting us—my girls are already asking to come back!

House keeper was so appreciative that we followed the directions and actually cleaned up after ourselves. We only stayed 1 night and although it was a pain to get everything done, we did. Kitchen chairs should be replaced not very sturdy. Over all there were 4 of us, we were comfortable, warm and enjoyed what the space and property had to offer. Close to everything and stunning views! Tip the house keeper she’s wonderful and does a great job.

I don't have enough wonderful things to say about Lisa and her beautiful condo! It was the perfect spot for me and my daughter to stay while we were visiting for the weekend skiing at Loon. She was incredibly communicative before the visit and checked in during. I had asked about where her condo was located in the building (pre planning schlepping all the gear!) and I think she answered me within 5 minutes! Her space is also SO adorable--up to date and very clean. I feel so lucky we get to stay there again in a few weeks--feels like a home away from home! THANK YOU Lisa!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

AMAZING! Easy check in, great views, cozy beds, great mountain themed decor! Great amenities and use of space in tr condo. Such lovely touches throughout, I wish I could say 6 stars. we will be back! For those with limited mobility, this is right near the elevator and it was quiet too!
