The best experience we had. The place is amazing with all listed amenities. The garden can be a bit better with landscaping but the whole house is amazing. My family and I felt right at home with our pet dog. Whole lot of privacy and peaceful space. No issues with anything. If we plan a trip again, will be booking Brian’s home only. 💗

This is one of the best places we've stayed at recently. The place is clean and features a spacious hall, kitchen, washroom, and bedrooms. It’s very tidy with plenty of outdoor space. We genuinely felt like we could just relax and do nothing instead of exploring. Staying here brought back a lot of memories for me, as it reminded me of my aunt's house. What truly sets this place apart, though, is Zak. He is incredibly kind and hospitable. My family and I suffered from food poisoning and were exhausted. Zak brought us tender coconut and other items without us asking. Later that night, he went out to buy medicine and other essentials for us, as we were too weak and continuously vomiting. We felt safe and cared for, as though we had a big brother. He even offered food from his own home, making sure we avoided hotel food. Without him, we wouldn’t have known what to do. I can’t thank him enough for everything he did. The place is amazing, and the host is even better.

Excellent place. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. The location is very peaceful. The nearby sunset Beach which is walkable from the place is a very peaceful and clean beach. Silvester was super proactive throughout my stay and very helpful with regards to anything that was needed, making the stay very comfortable.

Andre is a good host. He is responsive and has a beautiful cottage facing the river in the quiet and lovely village of Assolna.

My stay at By La Mer a beautiful 3 BHK villa just a walking distance from Zalor Beach, and was a fantastic experience. The modern interior design is both stylish and comfortable, and the house was immaculately clean, thanks to Supriya, the caretaker. She was always prompt and attentive, providing excellent support whenever needed. The well-maintained front garden and balcony sitting added a serene touch, creating a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy. Overall, this villa offers a perfect blend of luxury and convenience, and with Supriya’s exceptional care, it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

Carmen and Oscar were amazing. They were flexible in accommodating us in every way and so incredibly kind and trustworthy. We felt safe and taken care of! They gave us proper recommendations for food and a driver. We would highly recommend staying here and will come again should life bring us to Goa again.

If you're looking for a restful home, this is perfect. There is tasteful furniture, cupboards to keep your things, good crockery and cutlery, and a functional kitchen with working appliances like the microwave, refrigerator, induction stove, toaster, washing machine and water filter. The rooms are spacious with attached balconies. Love the sliding nets on all doors to keep the mosquitoes out. There are bookshelves in the living room with a lovely collection of good literature. Some small knickknacks and curios give the place a personal touch. Clint was always on hand to address any queries and recommend restaurants or things to do close by. The area itself has enough parking, is quiet, spotlessly clean and efficiently run. Cleaning of the rooms is done at your convenience, with an additional fee. Ranjit and Kukoli were helpful and responsive. The place was a home away from home in a part of Goa that is much quieter, greener and friendlier.

Jancy who was managing the property was very responsive and helpful and even her staff at the property was very nice. Breakfast they made each day of our Stay was just too good. Our whole loved this property and services provided by Mangrove Stays.

We had a great stay at Lotus hermitage, the location was the best being just 5 min walk from the beach. The place was extremely clean and all amenities provided. Amster coordinated our stay perfectly well and we therefore had no worries. Will definitely be planning for a longer stay the next time!

Lovely bunglow inside a gated community..very very safe Ground floor hall dining kitchen..2 bedrooms on 1st floor..1 bedroom on 2nd floor..big kingsize bedrooms..had microwave , washing machine etc Swimming pool was awesome..very strict about timings 7 am to 7 pm..caps a must for men too.. Had space for 1 car to park just outside the house Trinity/ benaulim beach close by..lovely restaurants close by..walking distance..cookhm, brilllant,hideout Just outside the gate..there is a convenience store..to get milk bread yoghurt...and a small food joint to get idly dosa..omelette bread..for breakfast

It was a really comfortable stay. The Villa is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures and also pet friendly, we were travelling with our dog and he also got a warm welcome. Our kids and us enjoyed the private pool a lot, it was very neat and clean. Best is that the Villa is just 2 mins away from the beach. Rohan and his Dad are great hosts and are very responsive. They helped us with local restaurant and tourist spot recommendations etc. Not to forget the caretaker Bahadur is also very friendly and ever smiling, he took really good care of us. Overall a great place and we would really like to visit soon again. Highly Recommended!!

Lovely property😃 We had stayed at this massive 5 bhk with 14 of our friends. Special thanks to Kirk and our full time caretaker Sunil who were really prompt in catering to our requests, making homely food, amazing barbecues and getting our drinks and food whenever we had requested. Experience was very private and all the amenities listed in property was on point. Highly recommended for close knitted friends and family who wish to spend some quality and peaceful time together.

The location is just stunning and peaceful with a river front view and a walk towards the beach on the other side. The host is very responsive and the villa is clean and well maintained. Overall it is one of the best properties available in South Goa

We had the chance of staying at Rohit’s place for a day. The checkin experience was smooth, Rohit had clearly given the instructions which was impressive. The flat looked exactly like the pictures. Loved eating at the places recommended by him. It was worth the price that we paid! Thanks Rohit!

I liked the stay, it’s in an easily accessible place to Agonda beach. Harvendra is a very friendly host, he gave me local recommendations for anything I needed. Also very helpful when the WiFi was not working, he provided me with his personal SIM card so that I can use the internet. I recommend this place ;)

Extremely comfortable and pleasant location. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. You do need transport to get around since various amenities are at a fair distance. There a few basic shops within walking distance for basic needs but major food shopping, restaurants and the beach are a few kilometres away. Overall well worth the price

I had a wonderful stay at Smriti's place! The apartment was spotless, bright, and exactly as described. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Smriti was an exceptional host – always responsive and went out of her way to help with everything we asked for.
