Villa vacation rentals in Patishka Reka

A beautiful and private home with an incredible view of the mountains and only a few minutes away from Matka Canyon! The house was very comfortable and clean and we felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was even a fire going in the woodstove when we arrived, making everything warm and so cozy! There is also an electric heater. Kate was a great host and responded immediately when we had a question. 10/10 recommend!

Kristina was very helpful throughout the entire process. She helped us with very detailed explanations about everything. The house is just like in the photos and really cute. It was quite clean. The location is also very central, we could walk everywhere. If we come back, this will definitely be the place we would want to stay.

Kristina is a great host, so friendly, proactive and easy to contact. The apartment is very clean, with lots of light, and also quiet (which was great as I'm a light sleeper). It's possible to walk to the centre of town, about 20 minutes. Otherwise, we relied on taxis to get us to neighbourhoods like Debar Maalo. Skopje is an interesting city, you will definitely remember the statues.

I would like to express my gratitude to Sandra for the weekend I spent at her unique place. First, I want to say that this is a villa built with a lot of love. The place is amazing, quiet, outside the city, but still close enough to it to get everything you need. The villa is equipped with everything you need - it's warm, sunny and incredibly spacious. We had no problems during our stay, but Sandra was constantly there to make sure everything was fine. We received exceptional hospitality from both her and her husband, who explained to us how to use the pizza oven. In conclusion, this is a great place for a wonderful weekend of peace, tranquility and spa treatments just for you. I recommend it and will definitely visit again!

Really great place, clean place. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The little bar serve some great burgers and chips. The pool is splendid, big for such a place and with the deck chairs and umbrellas a excellent place to relax. The pool has barely shallow areas so careful with small kids.

Wonderful villa on the mountain side, approx 20-25 min drive from city center. The villa itself was too big for us, as it could easily have fit 2 families at least. Marija is very friendly and her hospitality was top notch. The gym was much appreciated by our family and we used it every single day, same with the pool. The pool temperature was not too warm so do not expect a warm pool, but we enjoyed it as the weather was mostly sunny and 20 degree so we could warm up outside the pool . The place is recommended, especially if you don't mind living a bit outside the city center. You should definitely have a car when you rent this place.

Beautiful place, very nice garden with multiple places to relax. Swimming pool was large enough for 3 children. The bedrooms were neat and clean with each private bathroom. It is indeed very secluded, 1 restaurant nearby, fortunately the food was very good for 2 evenings.

Zlatko was the ideal host, fast and clear communication. A really clean house and everything looked like in the pictures! The pool was fantastic and we were showed how to use the robot to clean the pool. The location is perfect, located Just outside of skopje and in a really calm and nice neighbourhood, stores are 5 minutes by car. 5 stars
