The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! We spent a wonderful week at the Courtin’s place in Seynod. The house is immaculate, very well equipped and has a fantastic garden - perfect for enjoying late evening barbecues. The kids loved the heated pool complete with inflatable flamingo! A great place to explore Annecy from in a very peaceful neighbourhood. It’s worth taking advantage of the free bus into town/ getting there early in peak summer as traffic and parking around the lake can be challenging.

Ideal chalet for family gatherings, magnificent view, lots of space in the accommodation, very well equipped. We had a great time. We were hosted very well by the neighbor who gave us good advice (accurate and adapted ) on hikes and nearby shops.

A great weekend with our 5 big children. Each had space , the common areas are cozy and very pleasant. Careful and atypical decoration. Very well-equipped kitchen. We will be back with pleasure. Thank you Marie!

Rachel's place was in a perfect location for everything Morzine and the surrounding area had to offer. It is right in the centre of town so convenient for local shops as well as the Pleney lift. We loved the Chalet and had a great time. Communication was brilliant from start to finish and we would not hesitate to book again.

This was our second visit to the chalet and it was fabulous . Helpful hosts and everything was very easy and smooth. We love the location near the Lake and the house is perfect for 2 families. Close to Morzine but a feel of relaxation in the countryside . Thank you for having us - we hope to return !

Fantastic large home in beautiful surroundings. lovely view of lake geneva and surrounding mountains. very peaceful and 10 minute walk to local village with small shop, resturant, cafe and bakery. 15 minute drive to geneva or can get bus from down the road. house very clean and owners extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend

We had a great time at Caroline's place. The accommodation is impeccable, very very clean and well equipped, and the location is ideal with views of the mountains. Caroline was very welcoming and available to answer my questions. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again. Thanks again, and special mention for Toblerone chocolate🥰!

Perfect house for 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children). Lovely outdoor area for relaxing. Supermarket very close by. We would definitely stay here again.

The cottage is very warm and comfortable. Communication with Isabelle was perfect.

This was our second time at Barry and Selvina’s beautiful property and it was even better the second time (see our August 2022 review). The location is so perfect easy walking distance to amenities and the lake and the chalet has gone though some upgrades since our last visit so it is even better - bikes for our family of 5, brand new en-suite bathroom new gaming room and a hot tub! We had a wonderful week here our third trip to Lake Annecy and our best so far, there is just so much to do and lots of lovely places to explore around the lake. Couldn’t recommend it more highly for an active yet very peaceful and relaxing holiday. And a big shout out to the perfect hosts, we felt very well looked after!

Our overall stay at this villa was very good, with several notable pros and a few cons. Pros: 1. Photographs Match Reality:The photos of the villa are accurate. 2. Spacious and Well-Lit:The villa offers plenty of space and natural light. 3. Well-Furnished and Beautifully Designed:Stylish interior with comfortable furnishings. 4. Stunning Views:Beautiful views over Geneva and the surrounding mountains. 5. Well-Equipped Kitchen:Easy to prepare meals with the well-stocked kitchen. 6. Excellent Wi-Fi:Reliable Wi-Fi throughout the villa. 7. Helpful Host:Clear instructions on villa operations and restaurant recommendations. Cons: 1. No Air Conditioning:The lack of AC was an issue during warm days. 2. Presence of Personal Items:Clothes, toiletries, and open foods were present; we would prefer more privacy. 3. Lack of Outdoor Dining Furniture:No outdoor dining furniture as described. 4. Unexpected Visitors:People living downstairs, which was not mentioned, causing some unease.

Very nice accommodation, a quiet area.. and a beautiful garden.. very ample parking.. It was a very beautiful experience👌.
