The apartment was very nice, clean, located in a great complex with pool (not yet available, due to the season). The amenities were very plentiful, it really had everything you need! The owner is very, very friendly and responds quickly to questions, very accommodating. He also provided a list of good tips for the area in advance. The location is great, msn quickly reaches the beach and the "main street" with shops and restaurants. The nearest major supermarket is a 5-6 minute drive away. We were extremely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

This is the second time I've reviewed Giuliana's place. It's a real home, spacious, comfortable and even warm if you go in winter ;) You can get to the sea or shops in a few minutes, but the location is green and quiet. Giuliana is a perfect host, and we recommend her accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a period of total relaxation in Caorle with family or friends.

Arianna's apartment is one of the most beautiful in Italy. The apartment is in a very good location, in the center of the city, fully equipped and very clean. Very nice reception. The room is very small, but clean. Great is that in the main house you get a small breakfast with homemade jam. It is a very nice property, with fruit trees, a meadow with seating, hammock, etc. - in good weather you can relax here wonderfully. That car is in a covered parking spot right next to the room.

Great experience. I read the reviews, and the view that the host of the apartment took into account all the comments and corrected them. Very cozy, thoughtful. Parking space. Small area on the street. Close to the sea. Nearby is the way to the observation. The store and several cafes are also nearby. Beautiful and convenient in the apartment itself.

We had a very pleasant stay, starting with the warmest welcome I ever experienced with an Airbnb. We had enough privacy during our stay and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors with a river swimming spot just across the road. The immediate vicinity of the train wasn’t a problem. We would definitely come back!

We had a great family time with our two teenagers at Nina's place. The apartment is convenient and comfortable, well located (although a little difficult to walk to the seaside when it is 35 degrees😅), close to Portoroz and Piran and there is a small supermarket on the corner. The terrace is extremely nice and the little garden charming, with a breathtaking view of the whole bay! We couldn't have asked for breakfast🤩. In addition, Nina is a very welcoming host and we also thank her dad (who speaks very well in French!) for her availability and very touching attention ☺️ We were not disturbed at all by the occasional passage of the neighbors in front of the terrace, just a little by a few mosquitoes at the end of the day 😉 It was such a pleasure to stop by Nina's for a few days. ☀️

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if ever in Venice again. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Host was very responsive and flexible after my train arrived later than expected for check in. Note: make sure you tell them in advance if you need to use the three beds pictured, the third bed is in a locked room and I’m thankful I asked before the host’s assistant left because that would have been a big issue for my group if we hadn’t had the third bed. And the shower head issue which I saw in another review has not been resolved. It does not stand up on its own and you either have to rig it to stand or hold it the whole time. Otherwise 10/10! Thank you for everything!

This was the perfect base for our visit to Venice. The apartment was just as shown in the photos, it was very clean, tidy and secure and had everything we needed. Parking was also great and secure. The bus stop was an 8 minute walk to get the bus to Venice so it was a great location to be away from the tourists but still easy access to the city. Overall we were very happy!

Absolutely stunning location with access to the beach for swimming or a walking path to town. About a 5 minute walk to a bar/restaurant on the water or a 20 minute walk to Piran. The description does not lie — quite a steep hike from the parking lot to the house, especially with luggage. Definitely bring mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside.
