Very good long term stay. Everything was as described and we had a wonderful experience. Hope to stay there again.

Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best place to stay in to in Eastwood. You won’t regret a sec of your stay here. The pad is just a few walks away from everything you need, restaurants, mall, cinemas, etc. Plus the host is really great, Fran and Kuya Louie made my stay here a wonderful one. Sure to come back!!! :)

We really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful but yet still in the heart of Manila and convenient if you’re looking for something near the airport. It’s very peaceful and quiet. Really enjoyed the place and the caretaker is super friendly. Waited for us outside to make sure we found the place. Very nice 👍🏽

Monariz was a responsive and very professional host. The home was just as she described. I was so impressed that I used the home twice in two separate but related trips to Manila within a 30 day period. I will need to return next year and I hope the home is available yet again. Three things in particular stood out for me: 1. Host - 1st class; 2. Location - perfect for my professional and personal needs; and, 3. Friendly building staff personnel with every encounter. I highly recommend Monariz and her home 🎯🎯

This is THE BEST airbnb I've ever booked in the city. Everything that was described in the listing and in the photos were exactly what you would expect. Although they do allow dogs, small dogs are the only ones the building permits so we weren't able to bring our dog (though he is slightly below the knee but we can check again next time for approval). I've been to airbnb's before that I had to be very weary that there would be dust since my boyfriend is allergic to it, and yet this one was spotless and clean. It smelled good too! What I truly liked about their place was how organized it was. Labels were present to show where items go and how the projector can be used. They even have a guidebook that shows everything from how to use the facilities and where guests can go around the area. Kudos to Ms. Laarni and the rest of the owners. Will book again!

Everything is clean and pristine! Huge place complete with all my needs. Highly recommended, will stay here again in the future.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Encountered some problems while checking in due to admin issue but overall, the place was nice and good smelling, clean and have complete household items that you can use.

Really enjoyable stay! Close to public transport and convenience stores. The guards were very kind. Airbnb host was responsive, accommodating, and kind.

First time to stay at this unit, but we have previously stayed at Edsel’s other unit in the same building. We really appreciate how easy it is to communicate with Edsel and his proactiveness during the whole stay. The unit was a bit older than the other but it still has the warm, cozy feel. Makes you feel right at home. We were able to get to everything we needed to go and do everything we needed to do because of the convenience and location of the apartment. We will definitely stay again here!

great place and excellent value. had relatives visiting and needed some extra space as my condonis not big enough, Ferdinand was very responsive and had perfect instructions. his place was roomy and clean... great place to stay, we will be back

Everything was fine! Although I would suggest to add exhaust fan as mold starts accumulating in the bathroom. As someone who undergoes Mold toxicity treatment, its really a no no for me. But other than that it was fine for few days of stay!

Nice place. I loved that they provide more drinking water than other units I checked in so far in the same building.

A nice place to recommend. Kuya Jun was accomodating and friendly. The place is clean and you can really rest. We enjoyed the pool as well. Mall is really walking distance. My family had a pleasant staycation in Anne’s place. Will surely comeback. Thanks!

The place was great for the price. It was secure and felt homey. The host was kind and proactive with my questions and even my sporadic answering patterns. This was good air bnb experience for me!

Great location if flying in late or departing early from International terminal 3. Note if you have. Domestic flight chances are it will depart from Terminal 2 which is a short 15min taxi from the place. All in all it was perfect for what we needed.
