Vacation rentals with lake access in Pasco County

This was a great place to stay for our family. We were very comfortable and it met our needs perfectly. Our host was so quick to respond to any of my questions. Definitely reccomend this place to others for a great stay!

We had such a great stay at Ashley’s place! The space was clean, fun, and full of positive energy. There was no shortage of things to do—between the pool, paddleboards, canoe, dart board, and ping pong table, we were entertained the entire time. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and everything was well-kept. Ashley and her co-host were incredibly friendly and respectful of our privacy, staying in their own attached living space. We only saw them briefly on Sunday morning while they were outside doing some yard work—otherwise, we had the place to ourselves. It was a perfect spot for me, my 14-year-old daughter, and her group of eight friends. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

Peaceful, Clean, Quiet and Tranquil which was surprising due to its close walkable proximity to Downtown NPR. I will stay here again. Ed

This house and property were so cute! We LOVED the fact that it had the best of both worlds with the pool and the deck out back on the water. We spent hours out there admiring the wild life on the deck—birds, turtles, fish, and even an alligator! We made some lasting memories with our family and hope to come back someday! Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this has been by far my favorite in Florida. Me and 2 buddies were here for work for a little over a week and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location is perfect. Restaurants and bars right on the river all within 5 minutes. We launched some kayaks out the back yard and fished the river. Saw some dolphins toward the gulf. I highly recommend staying here. A huge thing for me is Bathroom water pressure and the master bathroom has a rainfall situation with great pressure and it made me feel right at home. I should’ve booked this place for longer.

I would highly recommend this home. It’s beautifully done, had everything we needed and Angelita was the perfect host. The yard was private and the pool was refreshing. No worries with this Airbnb!!

Migdrei was a fantastic host. I cannot say enough good things. This was my first time staying in an Airbnb and didn’t know what to expect. She guided me through the whole process and answered all my questions really quickly. I would absolutely recommend Migdrei and this place. It was absolutely beautiful!

beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

We needed a place to stay befor moving abroad. The house was fully equipped for a longer stay. Kristen made sure everything was available from dish detergent to lots of towels and extra bedding. The neighborhood was quiet and it had a nice playground. Plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable. Kristen was always reachable. Everything was very clean.

We loved the place, it really is a house with 4 apartments. Ours is remodeled and modern. Well-equipped and spacious. It's worth it for a longer stay. A mini golf cart would be great to get around the complex. We highly recommend it. In this climate and near the water, fumigation is key.

Amy was a wonderful host and always available if we needed her. She made us feel right at home. Will definitely stay again when we are down there visiting.

Rich's property is awesome and yes we did see the gator only once it did honor us with its presence, many restaurants and endless business to shop from went to the state fair and many other activties to do not to mention the beautiful weather, would greatly appreciate to stay at the this beautiful property when in this area.
