Great stay for the price

It was my first time in Manilla solo and I felt very safe and comfortable at Riza’s place. I stayed overnight as I needed to catch a flight the next day and was the perfect place to stay! Think it only took me 8 mins to get to the airport! Will definitely be booking again next time I’m in Manilla! 😃

This is my second time staying in this lovely apartment, and once again, it did not disappoint! The location is unbeatable—centrally located and close to everything I need. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with all the amenities to make my stay feel like home. I particularly love the cozy atmosphere and the stunning view from the window. The host was, as always, extremely accommodating and communicative, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. I can’t recommend this place enough—whether you're in Manila for business or leisure, this apartment is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be back again!

Hotel Durban's service was really good and proactive specially with front desk and bellman. The room is bit different than the one posted in photo but that is OK although bit small. Fairly good distance with good food in Makati and the airport. They have a weighing scale and it's perfect for those travel requirements for airport should you consider adding more things in your baggage. Will only recommend for short stay because the signal is weak in the room and the WiFi is ONLY COMPLIMENTARY which means super slow.

Staying for almost a month here and I could say i had a great stay. The unit was so clean and the owner was very helpful, polite and she replied faster to any questions and inquiries.

Everything about the place is amazing, and the host is exceedingly kind, accommodating, and quick to respond. The visit was enjoyable for my friends and me, and we definitely plan to return! Once more, thank you!

This place is so accessible in Vito Cruz area of Manila. The check-in process was easy too, you just have to sign some documents and ready a PHP 1,000 deposit (which is refundable upon check pit). The room is enough for the price you pay.

The place was very accessible sa transportation, Fast food and restaurants. Hotel Staff are very accommodating specially the host. The place have modern style of living. Hope to book again in the future. Thank you.
