Beachfront vacation rentals in Parsons Beach

The house felt like a home away from home. It had great light living spaces, good views of the hills from the verandah and was a nice short walk to the beach.

Queenly’s place was a lovely spot to start our holidays in South Australia. It was just as described in the photos and even better..We were a walking distance to the beach,restaurants and public transport.Queenly was flexible with our check-in time and responsive with messages. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay! Property was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were also very kind and helpful. Would recommend!

Fundale me t our expectations although the provisions were above and beyond any other place we’ve stayed. As it was Xmas and 10 guests staying this helped a lot. Kids, dog and grandparents all loved the house, its location and wildlife. Lots of memories were made. Thank you Anne

We had a lovely stay over Xmas at Madeleine’s place great location so close to the beach and amazing views from the bedrooms upstairs and a nice balcony to sit on and watch the sunset also pet friendly and a great sized secure backyard for our kelpie Archie. Everything you need is there and even things like sunscreen and insect repellant napkins etc we definitely loved our time there a great place to relax

We loved staying here with our two young children. The pool and spa are wonderful and the inside space is great. We loved playing the old school board games. We’d love to stay again next time we go to Carrickalinga.

Absolutely beautiful cabin, has obviously been recently renovated and it has been done so well - beautiful furnishings, spotlessly clean. We went on a 36 degree day and even though AC was only in the main room, it kept the place cool enough to sleep very well. Only thing that would have been better was if it actually had a sea view but it is a less than 5 min walk to the ocean front. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a fabulous time at Jo's. it was very comfortable and inviting. We arrived with our UK grandchildren on Christmas eve and they were over the moon to have a Christmas tree already set up waiting for us. Very thoughtful Jo, thank you. The pool was also much appreciated on the 37 degree Christmas day. Really enjoyed our stay

Beautiful home with a stunning outlook. The house is light and spacious and set back from the road overlooking the sea. It very much has a beach vibe to homely the decor and layout. The pool is a great asset too. We did have a problem with the washing machine not opening but Ellie’s husband came out the next day to retrieve our things. I would very much recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful few days on the coast.

From the moment we stepped onto the deck and went inside we knew we had chosen the right spot. The views are amazing. Everything inside is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. (I spent one night in Glenelg in a 41/2 star hotel and had bad sleep because of the uncomfortable bed) Such a peaceful location. And a bird feeder meant the birds were always in the bushes. Nice touch! We were very grateful for the extras like spices, oil, and more. Even bug spray, although there were none. Most enjoyable stay!

Amazing place to relax with friends and kids. Swimming pool is a huge WIN. Wasnt that hot when we stayed, but heat pump did well to keep pool warm. Under 20C' in the evening, water was all warm enough to swim in. has fully functioning kitchens. Up and down stairs. Only downside that it was a little dirty, with quite a few spider webs and the play room. But considering that it was a 'busy period' (over new years), I would say the house was will looked after. sleeps 3 couples and few kids easily. plenty to do in and around the house. felt very private and secure. would recommend if going with few kids, or even just 3 Adult couples. Or relaxing getaway with big family.

The house was lovely. Great views, walking distance to the beach. Loved seeing dolphins while sitting on the verandah. Liz was great with communication. The house was well stocked with supplies. Overall a great place to stay.

We stayed with a toddler and had plenty of room for him to move around. Location was perfect, didn’t utilise outdoor spaces available as we were out busy exploring & there were plenty of great options close by to eat out / grab coffee etc

As this was our first family holiday with our toddler, we didn’t know what to expect. We found Ram’s place to be super comfortable and welcoming, especially for our little one! There were building blocks which he loved and the beach right at our doorstep! We have a very outdoorsy toddler so having the beach so close was such a blessing! We instantly felt like we were on vacation - which can be quite a hard thing to achieve when you’re parenting too - but Ram’s place allowed us to put our feet up and take in the wonderful view that Baudin house has to offer. Thank you Ram for such a memorable stay and a wonderful first holiday away as a family!

We celebrated Christmas week in Moana and it was beautiful. The unit is clean and comfortable & our kids loved their room with twin beds, bean bags and TV. The beach is only a short walk away and much quieter than the main beach which was nice. John & Celia were lovely hosts and we would definitely stay there again.

I stayed in this amazing beach house with my family in December 2024. The location was wonderful, with the beach just moments away, close to all the vineyards and beautiful views on both sides of the house. It was very well equipped for families and large groups, with plenty of space and separate areas. The amenities such as the gym, ping pong table, kayaks, foosball table etc were an added bonus. The host was lovely and very easy to communicate with. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a great family coastal holiday destination
