The house is very good, perfect, spacious, huge bedrooms, giant leisure space, and the very attentive host. Condômino very safe, highly recommend.

I loved this place. It was way more beautiful than the pictures show. We were a group of six and everyone had their own room and space. There are a lot of steps so you will definitely get your exercise staying here. I'm already in discussing with my family to come back again. This place is a 5 out 5

Amazing place, truly amazing. Probably one of the best AirBNB experiences I have ever had. Everything was top notch. Photos do not even do this place justice. Very private location but not very far from Leblon. Amazing views.

The house is simply wonderful, there is no way not to be enchanted with so much art mixed with comfort. The location is very good, 20 minutes to any corner of the river. The host was super attentive all the time and gave great tips to help with the trip. I'm looking forward to coming back!

At all times answered us quickly and the house is exactly as in the pictures: beautiful, clean and with the perfect view. The house is super equipped, there is nothing missing. Clean bed linen, towels, carpets. The people of the hill exhales sympathy, are accustomed to tourists. Perfect!

The truly spacious house with many well-conditioned mattresses… access with the directions made it much easier … an addendum only if you have elderly or people with mobility limitations that is complicated. But with all the utensils enabling family meals. I ended up having no time to use the Pool . Thank you so so much! Me was very resolute and necessary to accommodate my family

Our stay was great. Lucia is friendly and always responded to us quickly. We rented the main house and the pool studio, we stayed at 8 people. The rooms were clean, with clean sheets and towels. The swimming pool is delicious, and we still get a visit from cute marmosets who live there. The house is in a quiet condominium, where we feel very safe. We used uber for our locomotion and it was quiet. 15~20min from Barra beach, and 20min from Leblon. Would recommend! :)

Beautiful house with ocean views, it was prefect for our group of 9. It felt safe with two gated entries and it was very clean. Marcos met us to give us keys and pick them up, and he was a friendly host. He also left us a bowl of delicious fruit. There is public transportation that passes right in front of the house and it takes you to all of the beaches. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Samyra and Fernanda's home is super comfortable and spacious and perfect to enjoy quality time with family or friends. Well taken care of, she has everything necessary to be in the house and Fernanda is super attentive in serving the guests. It was our second time at the house and we will certainly return other times!

The house is wonderful and has an incredible energy, we went in 7 people and woke them up well, the check in and checkout were flexible due to our arrival and exit times of Rio. The outskirts of the house have many service locations, from pharmacies, bars, restaurants etc. would come back for sure!

I and my friends decided to stay in Santa Teresa because of the proximity to Lapa and for being the weekend of the samba day, for us it was amazing the house and location! The city was experiencing water shortages and the host has helped us all the time to deal with this mishap, not to cancel the reservation and give us an extra night. Super thanks for all care, we definitely want to go back ❤️

We were extremely pleased with the Goitaca's AirBNB. It's truly a hidden GEM that I would recommend to others visiting Rio. It's not far from the beach and other attractions. We worked with Sam and if we needed anything he was on it to make sure we were okay. I felt that I was bugging him a little too much at times, but he never showed it and took care of whatever questions or concerns we had with our trip. It's an Art-Deco vibe with some incredible views. If we go back, I will definitely stay here again.

Arriving at the house is already a separate experience. Upon disembarking on the exclusive pier, we are greeted by a garden that enchants from the very first moment. My family loved the space! The barbecue area, located facing the pool, and the flat ground provided incredible moments, especially for the children. All rooms are suites, they were super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We greatly thank the hosts for their tips and welcome. We take the opportunity to recommend a visit to the Ocya restaurant – an unmissable tip for those looking for a differentiated dining experience.

My stay was just amazing! The space was impeccable, very well taken care of and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, and every detail thought out fondly made all the difference to make me feel at home. The host Rogério, Host Célia and the employee Mr. Castro, were extremely attentive and helpful, always available for any questions. Sure, I'll go back and recommend it to friends and family. I enjoy staying in this apartment. It is my preferred place in Rio for long-term stays.

The host was fantastic, the view and scenery was fantastic, overall a very interesting experience! You definitely get to see a different side of Rio, everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly as well- initially it may seem overwhelming but once you settle in it’s great! One of the neighbors (a french fellow) was super welcoming and kind, the other neighbor (older brazilian lady) not so much. Definitely do not bring large baggage or a lot of baggage, we were able to get local help that the host paid for with the baggage going to the location- however we were unable to find any assistance leaving back to the main road which made me grateful that I am young as older travelers might not have been able to do the same. All in all, JC is a WONDERFUL host, the space is absolutely fantastic, and it was a very positive experience that I would do again! Also, the monkeys are awesome!
