I’ve rented from Sarah several times and she has been so kind! We had a worry with flooding during our stay this time, but she assured me it would be fine. We loved staying at the Nature Retreat! The location was great, the cabin is really nice, and the hosts were helpful and responsive! The views, fire pit, amenities, nearby trails ~ it was all wonderful and relaxing!

If you are looking for a very peaceful and relaxing getaway for the weekend, this is the place. No close neighbors or noise, but still close enough to town for extra things. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay, Colton was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed the hot tub after a long week and had some good laughs and fun playing pool and eating some good local food. Will be visiting again and telling friends/family of this little hidden gem.

Beautiful cabin in a private area with more amenities than you can count. Every detail was well thought out and we didn't have to look far to find what we needed! Well stocked, and so many things to keep you occupied if you don't feel like just relaxing. We are already talking about how fun it will be to return!

We had the perfect relaxing weekend away with our dog. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The thoughtful touch of farm-fresh eggs left for us was so appreciated, and the peaceful, open space surrounding the property created an ideal setting for relaxation. The fire pit was a wonderful addition, providing the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, enjoy the warmth of the fire, and gaze at the clear night sky. Our dog loved having plenty of space to explore, and we enjoyed taking in the fresh air and the tranquility of the countryside. It was exactly what we needed to disconnect, recharge, and mentally reset for the week ahead. We’re so grateful for the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape. We highly recommend this area.

This is such a cute little get away. Not only was it clean but it had everything that we needed. What was an extra bonus is that everyone that passes you on a walk that lives there waves at you which makes you feel very welcome. We would like to come back when we can use the lake as it's just a really short walk. I will recommend to my friends!

The cabin was great for our stay. We spent most of the time hiking outdoors which the cabin is located close to many trails. You could also hike right from the cabin if you wanted to. It is close to multiple covered bridges. The cabin had everything we needed. We did bring our own drinking water. The river behind the house is very cool to look at and listen to. Aaron was great asking if we needed anything or had any questions. The Wi-Fi was amazing. Super fast and no issues at all streaming shows and movies.

This place was an amazing getaway for my family and the river was beautiful. We would love to go back during the summer.

We very much enjoyed the cabin and especially the location. House was as advertised, outside fire pit area was awesome, hiking in the area was great. This property is super Private and super quiet, nice for a relaxing weekend. Highly Recommended.

I enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back! Communication with Celesta was a breeze. She was so very responsive and kind. The place was beautiful, clean, and so cozy. There's another cabin on the property but even in the winter you can't see it from this one, so it feels private and peaceful. The area is amazing. Palmer's Market is a short drive and has so many amazing things. Triple Nickel Diner had our business a few times, too! Athens is about a 30 minute drive with shops, restaurants, trails, you name it! Don't pass this place up. I can't wait to come back.

Our stay couldn't have been better. My top priority is cleanliness and it was spotless. It was comfy, cozy and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

This cabin and space is beautiful! We ended up needing to leave one night early due to our own scheduling issues, but this cabin really felt very comfortable. Genuinely no complaints with the space, the property, or the area. Would recommend this to anyone.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to take our adult children on a weekend getaway so that we could relax and reconnect. We loved watching the sunrise over the river as we sipped our morning coffee on the deck. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful scenery as they were fishing from the dock. If I could sum up our stay in one word, it would be "Peaceful." We will definitely be returning for more family weekends.

The solitude was awesome and refreshing. The home was amazing. The view and quiet was a welcome change to where I usually stay during work. I will be inquiring about this property next year.

Lavender Ranch is a truly magical place to stay! I cannot even put into words how peaceful and serene the entire property is… Ginger is an amazing host-very responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. I am already planning our next trip back!!!
