I had a great stay! The location was close to the city and the apartment was very clean and spacious. Sophia was responsive and made it easy to communicate.

If I had to go to New York again - without hesitation and with pleasure I would settle in this apartment again. Everything was great both inside and outside. Since we preferred to cook ourselves, the only thing missing was a cutting board, however, maybe we just did not find it))) Otherwise, we are 100% satisfied and grateful for the hospitality.

This is an absolute gem for a stay in NYC. Very close to the Apollo Theatre (unfortunately, our schedule did not align with their „Beginner‘s Night“) and the subway, you‘re met by a kind and helpful host in Milton. Also, the place is incredibly quiet, making for very relaxing nights. Thanks again

Great location, easy walk to the PATH train. Great bakery, one of the best sourdoughs I've ever had - Choc O Pain French Bakery and cafe.

Very nice accommodation. It takes a good half hour by bus to get to Port Authority terminal. Very clean, clear instructions for check-in even late. Several buses take you to Manhattan, a 7-minute walk away. Cecia explains how to take them. Bonus: a basketball court right next door for kids to let off steam in the evening when they get home if they have any energy left!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. Felt like home was peaceful and clean. Host was very nice and communicated very well… Would definitely recommend

Bigger and better than the pictures ! We rented this house for a family trip huge rooms and 3 bathrooms it was perfect more than enough space . Great location . The only issue was I couldn’t adjust the heat but once I reached out to Tiran he responded and adjusted for me . I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting nyc and New Jersey

Overall great place to stay. Although tough to find parking on weekends; recommend not driving to location and using public if possible… if you are driving plan for parking as early as possible to avoid possible issues.

Nayid was a great host, very responsive, helpful, and always proactively asking if we needed anything. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description.

Heba was a great host with a beautiful home. Very clean, welcoming, and spacious. Bonus- All the tile selections were gorgeous! Our families fit comfortably in the home during our stay and we enjoyed our time.

We enjoyed our stay! It was incredibly clean which is soo important! They added extra touches like coffee pods, shower gel, shampoo, extra TP and paper towels! The linens were luxurious! Beds super comfy! We enjoyed the grill one night but ate at two of the restaurants they recommended! Easy access to NYC, Ellis Island, and the Statue of Liberty. It was a nice retreat from the hustle of the city to come back to! I would highly recommend!

Beverley’s cozy cottage was just perfect for my vacation to NYC. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. The beds were comfortable and the shower is great. It is an easy walk to the subway which we did many times during the day and at night. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The deli on the corner about a block from the subway station is a good place to stop for a late night snack.

A wonderful and proactive host whose attention to detail made our stay amazing. Helped us when it was needed plus checked up to see how we were doing. Peaceful surroundings and amazing accomodation. I highly recommend it.

This AirBnB experience was wonderful! The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Everything from the homey decor to the modern updated kitchen and bathroom was more than I expected. The host provided everything we needed and then some. The extras were such a nice touch! I highly recommend this home and the host, Hilda! She was very responsive and very friendly. I would book this home again in a heartbeat!
