Vacation rentals with a patio in Park County

The place was very very clean. The instructions were very clear and we absolutely love the location. It was easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and walk to the lifts to go skiing for the day.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s studio. It is stone’s throw from the snowflake lift. Loved that they have an assigned ski locker. Hot tubs were amazing to recover after a long day of skiing. There is ample parking and downtown restaurants are a 3 min drive. We look forward to our next visit. We would highly recommend Jeff’s studio.

Great spot to enjoy a mountain vacation. Super close to downtown Breck and tubing hill, and easy enough to take the free bus to the slopes. Maria was a great host.

A lovely space!

It is a great location, and I was able to accommodate myself and my two adult children for a reasonable price within walking distance of the chairlift. The condo complex is a little dated, but we were there to ski, and it served us well. It was nice to have a full kitchen, and the pull-out bed + sleeper was crucial. I would stay here again.

This place is the perfect location if you are skiing Copper. Right in Center Village and easy access to shuttles. Our second time staying here and would definitely stay again!

This house is amazing. We stayed there for Christmas week and could have best time ever. Everything was clean and host very supportive. We asked if the house would have a Christmas tree for the kids, they made a way to make a whole Christmas decoration. Thanks Travis and his family for having us and we will be back.

We treasured our stay. This home was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was perfect for the several meals we cooked, and the bed rooms were perfectly outfitted for the six of us to stay. We also really enjoyed the hot tub, and the instructions for care were easy to follow.

Amazing house and stay close to breck. Sweetest host and super responsive. Absolutely gorgeous place and will definitely be back. Best ski house we’ve stayed in at blue river, and super close to the mountain.

Perfect place to stay in Breck. Easily walkable to town, free bus, and ski lift. very helpful to have parking spots, as in the busy season parking anywhere near town is near impossible!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! The house is so lovely and in a great area that felt like a real authentic mountain town. It's easy to get to hikes and activites and also downtown Breckenridge. The backyard is gorgeous and our dogs loved running around back there. The house is so cozy and we truly felt at home. The host is incredibly responsive and communicative which made us feel even more at home. Thank you for everything!

First time at Breckenridge was amazing. The studio is a very quick walk to the breck connect gondola which made it very easy to ski and get back to town without lugging equipment around. Many restaurants within walking distance as well shops and galleries. Would recommend if two people need an easy place to stay for a ski trip.

We had a fantastic stay at Sarah and Erik’s condo in Breckenridge! The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable sleeping arrangements. The detailed instructions made everything effortless, and the pet-friendly setup was perfect for bringing our dog along. The location was ideal, with easy parking and access to the free Summit Stage bus. Sarah and Erik were incredibly responsive and thoughtful hosts, adding extra touches like reusable grocery bags and even dog treats!! Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient Breck getaway!

This spot was perfect for our weekend getaway. It slept 4 of us comfortably and the space was clean and spacious. Good size bathroom and tons of fresh towels which isn’t always the case! Host was responsive and flexible with our check in times. The property was easy to get into and a short walk from the quick silver lift. Would definitely stay again!

This space was perfect for my husband and I’s vacation in Breckenridge. My husband grew up skiing so we knew we wanted ski in/out. This was located centrally in town at The Village and has access to Peak 9. I enjoyed the phone keycard access for elevator and room. It was about a 1/4 mile walk to the lift. We didn’t have time to check out any of the amenities as we were only there a short period of time, but the room was lovely, bed was very comfortable, water was hot, everything you needed was in the room, we loved the view of the mountains and the fireplace. We also had some GREAT food in Breckenridge. Probably my favorite vacation of all time. It was a little pricey for such a small space but location is probably why. We would definitely stay again!

This was an amazing place to stay. It was a very short walk to the ski lift. My son and I had an amazing time and I highly recommend. Lisa and her husband were more than accommodating and receptive to any questions we had. The condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed. We loved it and will be returning with the rest of the family!!

We had an excellent stay at Dani and Brian's condo! Very easy to follow instructions on where to park and how to access the condo and the nearby pool/hot tub. The location itself is fantastic within walking distance of a ski lift and town. Easily able to walk to groceries and a number of restaurants. The place was very clean and had a great kitchen. Josh and Susan’s place was fantastic! It was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Their communication was excellent, providing clear and detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, with everything within walking distance. I highly recommend this spot to anyone planning to explore Breckenridge!
