The Beach House - stunning sea views and sunsets

We were very busy with family events during our stay so we didn't really get the full beach/Bach experience. We did love our morning beachcombing and would love to stay there again for longer especially in summer. Recommended for that classic kiwi Bach holiday!

This was a fabulous place in a great location with very comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Great coffee maker. Very relaxing space. Jo was particularly helpful in the recovery of an item left behind for which I am very grateful. I would highly recommend this property during a stay in the area.

We had an amazing stay at the Snowmass Hut! The cozy and clean space was perfect for our group of four, with four comfortable bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. The breathtaking snow-capped mountain views were the highlight of our mornings. The house itself is incredibly warm and welcoming, with air conditioning and heaters in every room, ensuring comfort no matter the weather. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain retreat! Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!

This peaceful little cottage is perfect for a weekend getaway. Furnished with all you could need within walking distance to the local supermarket and a stones through to walks and the mountain road. Quiet, private and beautifully presented. The fire was welcomed to keep the chill off during a cold weekend. Thank you Sue and Simon, we look forward to returning again soon.

It was wider and cleaner than what I saw in the photos. A quiet village and a comfortable place to stay. I think it's good to stay for a week, but it's a pity that it's 2 days. I think it would have been more perfect if there was a high chair, but it's still good enough.

Dave is a great host, a very proactive communicator and super helpful. Used his place to stay while we did the Tongariro crossing and what a great place to recover than on the deck, in the hot tub with a drink. The house is in a great spot.. just a couple of mins drive from the main township and a very short walk from some restaurants and walkways.

Urban Ski Retreat - Central Location, Amazing View

This is an excellent place—I would say even better and more beautiful than the pictures suggest. It is modern, clean, warm, well-equipped, and really big. There were just four of us, but I think a group twice as big could be comfortable there. The spa pool was a wonderful feature. Thank you for hosting us, Lindsay!

This could not have been a more perfect home for us to stay in for our recent sports related trip. It was so nice to come back to the beautiful view and to have the space to relax instead of being stuck in a pokey motel unit. Peter has really put the effort in for this to be an absolutely fantastic Airbnb, from the chocolates (which the kids devoured), to the items that are available for use during your stay; the range of tea and coffees available was incredible. We could not have been happier and are hoping that we will be able to book for our future tournament stays next year. Thanks so much Peter!!

Exceeded our expectations - well-equipped, warm, beautiful, lots of room yet so cosy - perfect holiday home for our family getaway. The stunning view we got to wake up to was definitely the cherry on top. Bev is also super responsive and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Lovely home away from home. Quiet, private. The house was well fitted with everything you need. The sitting area with view to the hills was nice. Close to nearby shops. Kaden was responsive and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Whanganui.
